Who ever experienced watersports, knows, that nothing relaxes as much as one day on the water. Rent a vacationhome in the Marina Parks. Het Brekkense Wiel of Aquaronde Enjoy the peace of the water and the maritime atmosphere of the historic fishervillage Lemmer. The vacationhome has got three rooms for six persons. (One room has got a TV), livingroom with a fireplace, TV, HiFi and telephone, kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine. The interior of the houses are individual different. More than only watersports Friesland is famous for its flat surroundings, where you have a far outlook into the countryside and extended meadows, where the well known black and white cows are grazing. This offers ideal possibilities for hiking and biking. Contrary to that is the hilly 'Gaasterland' with its large forests. Peaceful villages, such as Sloten, Stavoren, Balk and Hinderloopen can be found there. Time appears to be standing still on a quiet Sunday morning. Golfplayers are enchanted by the 18-hole-golfcourse in St. Nicolaasga. Who ever wants to play on a 9-hole-golfcours, can go to the village of Balk.
