The two houses (built 1994/2005) in Balinese style with thatched roofs are situated directly alongside the beach on a 5000 sq. property with a tropical garden and private swimming pool. The main, 130 sqm house, has 2 bedrooms, bath and large veranda. The guest house (50 sqm) has one bedroom, bath and veranda. A roofed balè with beach chairs is located on the beach. Both houses have electricity and running water. The houses are cleaned regularly (2 persons are living on the property in own houses in charge for maintaining and cleaning- as well shopping if wished). Bed linens and towels exist. A cook is available upon request (€ 5 per day)

Directly on the long, palm tree lined beach (dark sand) of Yeh Kuning, a little village near Pekutatan on the Southwest coast of Bali (30 km east of Negara). A two-hour drive from the airport in Denpasar - the transfer is once inclusive (1x Arrival / 1 x Departure). The dark sand beach slopes gently into the deeper sea. Swimming in the surf is very nice. Swimming beyond the breakwaters is not recommended due to the strong ocean streams.

Upon request, we can arrange a rental car for € 15 per day (€ 30,-- incl. driver)
Excursions
Rambut siwi temple (15 minutes by car), Ubud (1 1/2 hours), kuta (1 1/2 hours), Lovina (2 hours), national park/rain forest (30 min.), Menjangan sea park for snorkelling and diving (1 1/2 hours). All excursions can be agreed with Mr. Sudarma who is a good driver and guide.
Local support
Mr. Wayan Sudarma is in charge of the local support. His grandmother (Ibu Ngha) and his nephew (Wayan) live on the property in a separate house. Wayan is in charge of cleaning and maintaining the property. He is also available to do the shopping.
