This is a pretty house in a tranquil location approx. 1200 m from the beach. This well-furnished and very cosy bungalow has a separate kitchen, incl. oven, coffee machine and microwave. Living/dining room with satellite TV, CD stereo and open fireplace, 2 double bedrooms (1x with safe in wall), bathroom/WC, washing machine, furnished terrace and a brick-built barbecue. It is in secluded garden grounds. A parking space is easy to get to in front of the house.

Why don’t you visit the yacht and fish harbour, where all the boat trips begin? Apart from tennis and riding there’s the nearby artists’ town of Cadaques, Dali museums and Roman-Greek excavations. Wir sind noch ganz ergriffen von den tollen Tagen in der Villa Kunterbunt.Die Beschreibung passt zu 100% und lässt keine ,,Überraschungen" zu.Das Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Verwalter ist wohl einzigartig.Dieses Haus können wir ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Die Angaben in der Online-Beschreibung waren korrekt, das Haus ist gepflegt. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die wirklich gute Betreuung durch die Verwaltung des Hauses vor Ort (ca 1 km entfernt). Hier hat man immer einen Ansprechpartner für Probleme jeglicher Art.

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa Kunterbunt...denn was die Ausstattung betrifft da fehlte nichts. Es war alles sehr sauber und nichts kaputt.Die Aussenanlage und der Garten waren gepflegt.
Die Vermieter haben uns besucht und sich vorgestellt...sehr nette Leute.
Die Betreuung vom Sascha war super, denn er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele brauchbare und gute Tipps gegeben.

Ich würde dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und weiterempfehlen.
Alles was in der Beschreibung steht... stimmte.
