The rates are applicable for an occupation of the living area (groundfloor) and 3 bedrooms with bath and WC - 5 people - at the first floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, bath and WC and can be occupied for a surcharge of € 294 per week. Spacious, renovated residential building (180 m²) with rambling, enclosed grass- and herbal garden (2500 m²) and view over the village and its valley. The small centre of Morgat with its shops, restaurants, the Yacht harbour with surf- and sailing school is only 600 m away from the house, as well as the sheltered extended sandy beach.

  • Reduction of € 49 on the 2nd / 3rd subsequently hired week. The rates include cancellation and insolvency insurance. Before 26/06 and past 11/09 the rates are considered to occupy the living area and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor only. The 2 bedrooms and the bath on the 2nd floor can be occupied for € 294 per week. Electricity is 0.22 € /KWh and water 2.35 € /m³ will be due upon departure. Linen and towels (2 pieces /person) can be hired for 15 € /person. A damages deposit and visitors tax will be claimed. Final cleaning according amount of work involved, if necessary. Payments from outside the EUR region must cover all additional costs relating to the money transfers.
