It is in walking distance to the harbour Marina and to the beach. It has its own parking. The apartment is fully decorated and it has an American style kitchen. The apartment is suitable for 4 people looking for the beauty of Cala d'Or with its modern harbour, golf complex, magnificent restaurants and amazing beaches.

The smart resort of Cala d'Or is part of the municipal district of Santanyí, on the southern half of the east coast of Mallorca. Cala d'Or it's only around 65 km, or 40 miles east of Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport. The village is very quite and its buildings differentiate themselves from the others in the island due to its characteristic Ibiza's construction style. Cala d'Or has a famous yacht harbour and is located very close to a Golf resort. There are also several beautiful little beaches where you can easily relax away from the crowded places. In the centre of the village you can find all sorts of restaurants and shops. Cala d'Or is also very close to other beautiful areas of the island where you can drive to find out more about the diversity of the island: from the towns of Santanyi and Felanitx to the beach of Es Trenc to the mountain San Salvador. Cala d'Or offers you all the possibilities to practice any kind of sport: the sea, the mountain and the field.

Das Apartment liegt in einer Anlage mit überwiegend privaten Apartments. Die Ausstattung ist einfach super. Selbst Handtücher, Bügeleisen und Nachttopf für Kinder sind vorhanden.

Wir fahre nun schon seit 7 Jahren dort hin und sind immer wieder begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn mal etwas kaputt ist, wird sofort repariert oder für Ersatz gesorgt.

In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und Bars. Auch für Kinder findet sich genug zu spielen.

Ein Vorteil ist auch der PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Gebäude.

Die Anlage an sich ist überwiegend sehr gepflegt. Durch die 7 Pools hat man genügend Abwechslung.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
