This region will definitely bring you to taste delicacies! Here there are countless restaurants with food from all countries. And the best thing is, some of them are even very inexpensive. During the day, you can ask for the lunch menu, there you will get an appetizer, main dish, sometimes a dessert and a table wine or another drink for a really inexpensive price, at a Chinese restaurant with 1/2 bottle wine just for € 4.50. About 500 m away are a lot of bars, restaurants, karaoke restaurants, pubs with and without music. During the evening, you can walk along here and stop every once and awhile - whatever attracts you. You can also come home without a car after having a little bit of alcohol. Discos for younger people are somewhat further away, but you need a car for this.

Our holiday home is in Torrevieja Orihuela Costa, Plaja Flamenca, about 400m from the sea. It is located in an enclosed urbanisation (only for owners and tenants). Nearby you will find shopping facilities, inns, banks, doctors, etc. Golf courses are located about 500 m away. The southern Costa Blanca has 360 days of sun per year. Even during the deep winter, the average temperature is 18 degrees and you can eat and sunbathe in the garden during the day. During the winter, it is only cooler at night, but our good a/c heats everything up in a few minutes. During the summer, you can find shaded spaces on the terrace. There are a few salt lakes (Salinas) nearby. The high evaporation of the water of the Salinas creates a microclimate with mild winter temperatures. Long sunny days, rare rain and clean air are the climatic properties of this region.

Schon seit 4 Jahren verbringen wir mit unseren 2 Kindern jeden Sommer 3 Wochen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und reisen immer wieder sehr erholt nach Deutschland zurück.

Auch für das Jahr 2010 haben wir bereits reserviert, Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Tag, wenn es heisst: Auf nach Spanien.

Das Haus ist TOP ausgestattet und alle Angaben der Vermieterin in Ihrem Online - Inserat haben sich bisher jedes Jahr in allen Punkten bestätigt.

Von dem Verwalter der Eigentümerin wurden wir in all den Jahren freundlichst empfangen und das Haus wurde uns von Ihm, immer in einwandfreiem, sauberem und sehr gepflegtem Zustand übergeben.

Deshalb von uns 5 Sterne und die Bewertung: Sehr Empfehlenswert.
