Eine nette, schöne und vor allem saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht haben wir vorgefunden. Da man in Kirchdorf auch einkaufen kann (fussläufig von der Wohnung) ist die Lage gut.
Wir konnten dort unsere Zeit geniessen und haben uns gut erholt

Einfach tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick ,die Tage voll genossen. Kommen garantiert wieder. Ps.: sind solche tollen Wohnungen noch zu haben?

Richtig abschalten - Erholung pur!

Gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit wunderbaren Blick auf den Yachthafen. Der Balkon ist wirklich das I –Tüpfelchen, einfach traumhaft, ob morgens beim Sonnenaufgang oder abends für gemütliche Stunden.
Dazu kommen die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Restaurants mit frischem Fisch.
Gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite kann man Fahrräder mieten und der Bäcker liegt nur ein paar Schritte weiter.
Auch die Busverbindung nach Wismar ist perfekt. Wir haben beide Varianten ausprobiert: Bus & Fähre.
Das Bad mag vielleicht etwas klein sein, (da gibt es leider Vorschriften für), doch das nimmt man gerne in Kauf für eine derartige Wohnung, in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.

FAZIT: Ankommen, Auto stehen lassen und Urlaub genießen.
Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schön gelegen, dierekt am Hafen. Balkons des Hauses bauartbedingt etwas einsichtig. Gerne werden wir, wenn wir wieder einmal nach Poel fahren werden, wieder diese Wohnung buchen!

FeWo auf Poel

Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt und sind zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht, hat eine gute Aufteilung, und es hat nichts gefehlt. Für das kleine Bad müssen wir leider einen Minuspunkt erteilen. Auch wäre es vorteilhaft, in Zukunft einen Safe für Wertsachen einzubauen. Der Restmüllcontainer müßte in der Hochsaison mindestens zweimal in der Woche geleert werden. Wir planen auch im Jahr 2010 wieder auf der Insel Poel, gerne in der gleichen Wohnung, einen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Owner's Response: Herzlichen Dank für diese ehrliche Bewertung; das Bad müssen wir auch in Zukunft so akzeptieren, den Vorschlag mit dem Safe werden wir überdenken (kam erstmalig in über 10 Jahren Vermietung) und die Abfuhrfrequenz der Restmüllcontainer werden wir in der nächsten Eigentümerversammlung ansprechen.
