Our vacation villa 'Casa Albula' in Alvaneu, Graubünden is located at the upper boarder of the beautiful village in the Eastern part of Switzerland on a height of 1200 m above sea level. It has got a very marvellous view to the mountains, to the valley and to the village. There is an excellent skiing and hiking area too. In about 20 minutes you can reach Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin, the very famous ski regions. The very comfortably furnished house offers rooms for 8 people max. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the nice tiled stove makes your stay very cosy while a central floor-heating is making sure that you have always a warm and well-being feeling. There are 2 living-rooms , one at a gallery, with Sat-TV, HiFi, radio and Telephone, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden with a large terrace and deck-chairs and also 2 garages for the cars.

Das Ferienhaus 'Casa Albula' gefiel uns sehr gut. Es ist gemütlich, geräumig und sauber. Die Hauswartin und die Vermieterin haben auch 5 Punkte verdient. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist für Familien ideal: Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sind gross. Die Schlafzimmer sind so im Haus verteilt, dass auch für grössere Kinder genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bestehen.
Alvaneu ist ein sehr gepflegtes Bündnerdorf, etwas abseits von den grossen Touristenzentren und deren Hektik. Die Bewohner sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Skilift ist gut geeignet für kleinere Kinder und Skianfänger. Die grossen Skigebiete, wir fuhren jeweils nach Lenzerheide, sind rasch per Auto oder Bus erreichbar.

Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!
