This very beautifully furnished, detached holiday home lies in a quiet residential area, in the best location with sea-view. The beach is at a distance of approx. 900 m, shopping facilities, restaurants and bus connections are in the vicinity. The house offers a big, solar heated swimming pool, Sat-TV, DSL-WLAN, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, baking oven and ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, additional household appliances as well as a sufficient quantity of crockery, washing machine, dryer, outside barbecue, 2 lavish terraces, of which one has sea-view. Weekly change of towels, bed linen and cleaning is included in the cost. The indicated rate for the respective seasons is in accordance with occupancy of two persons, each extra person is charged € 10 per day. By request, we organize pick-up and drop off to the airport (€ 40/ stretch/ max. 3 persons). We will gladly help you rent a car.

Costa Calma, the widely stretched holiday zone on the Istmo de la Pared right at the beginning of the Jandia peninsula to the south of Fuerteventura is called the “calm coast”. An approx. 30 km long, white, sandy beach starts at the Costa Calma. The crystal-clear water invites you to swim, even the sandpipers and the surfers get their money's worth. The local cuisine offers something for every palette, both Spanish as well as German dishes and drinks. Several shopping malls and shops as well as supermarkets are located here.

Schönes Haus mit schöner Poollandschaft

Wir waren im Jänner 2010 ein Woche in diesem Haus und es hat ziemlich alles gepasst. Ein schönes Haus nett eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man im Urlaub gerne hat. Alle vorhandenen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert und es war auch genug Geschirr vorhanden. Am schönsten fanden wir den uneinsehbaren Pool mit der Bepflanzung in Terrassenform. Das Wasser hätte vielleicht für unseren Geschmack noch 1-2 Grad wärmer sein können. Dennoch ein Haus, daß man empfehlen kann.

Wir können leider nicht viel dazu schreiben, da in den anderen Bewertungen (5 von 5 Koffern) schon alles gesagt wurde. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Wie gesagt, uns hat es so gut gefallen, das wir für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht haben.

Die Beschreibung des Objekts im Internet entspricht hundertprozentig der Realität. Ein Haus mit jeglichem Komfort in absolut ruhiger Lage mit uneinsehbarem Garten und Pool, mehreren Topstränden und Supermärkten, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann, einem einwandfreien Service duch den Verwalter vor Ort und einem wirklichen fairen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir kommen wieder....

Das war Erholung pur!!

Um es vorweg zu nehmen. Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus können und werden wir ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
Dieses sehr gepflegte Haus bietet alles was man benötigt um sich zu erholen. Das beginnt gleich mit dem buchbaren Shuttle-Service von und zum Flughafen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, kein Strassenlärm, laute Musik etc. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und nicht einsehbar von Nachbarn oder der Strasse, so das man selbigen auch wirklich geniessen kann.Im Haus wird alles geboten... von der großzügigen Küche, über ein helles großes Bad bis hin zur gemütlichen Sofaecke. Poolservice und Reinigung incl Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche funktioniert diskret und reibungslos.
Der Strand. Wenn man den am nächsten liegenden Strandabschnitt nutzen möchte, muss man in Kauf nehmen, das es dort etwas steiniger und auch etwas voller ist. Läuft man jedoch entweder am Strand oder duch den parallel verlaufenden Pinienwald 10 Minuten weiter, weitet sich der Strand extrem und man kann es sich auf feinem Sandstrand bequem machen. Strand und Wasser sind sehr sauber. Auch lohnt es sich am Strand zu spazieren und bei Hunger oder Durst die Strandbars zu nutzen. Bei zivilen Preisen, sind die Getränke kalt und das Essen hervorragend. Der Ort selbst bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und es gibt für alle Geschmäcker genügend Restaurants.
Unser Fazit: Hierher kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Ein Ferienhaus der Extraklasse für schönen Urlaub

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus in bester Lage in Costa Calma auf Fuerteventura bietet jedem Urlauber ein Optimum an unbeschwerter und unvergesslicher Urlaubsqualität. Der Blick auf dieses traumhauft schöne Haus ist ein optischer Hochgenuss für jeden Urlauber.

Wir hatten bereits zweimal das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen und haben mit unvergesslichen Eindrücken und grosser Wehmut die Heimreise angetreten. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in allerbester Lage mit Meerblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sind vorhanden. Dieses schöne Ferienhaus lässt für Urlauber mit besonderen Ansprüchen und jeder Altersklasse keinen Wunsch offen. Der Aussenbereich verfügt über einen schönen angelegten Garten, einen Parkplatz mit Pkw (kann man mitbuchen) und im hinteren Bereich über einen beheizten Pool. Sitzt man beispielsweise auf der grossräumig angelegten Aussenterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist Erholung pur garantiert.
Der Zustand des Feriendomizils war stets einwandfrei und wurde regelmäßig von den vor Ort ansässigen Hausverwaltung gepflegt und gereinigt. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen unsererseits wurden wir durch den Vermieter jederzeit und bestens betreut.

Wir können jedem Urlauber, der gossen Wert auf einen ruhigen und unbeschwerten Urlaub legt, dieses Haus wärmstens und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir freuen uns schon jetzt sehr darauf, im November diesen Jahres unseren Urlaub ein weiteres Mal dort verbringen zu dürfen.
