Both Penthouses are equipped in the best quality and situated in a small quite comunity which leads true a small path way to the turquoise bay. Very good is the easy possibility to walk into the port.

This very well kept approx. 100 m² apartment is equipped in the best quality and situated on the 2nd floor of a small and tranquil complex in Marmacen, Pto. Andratx. The big living area is split into a dinning area for 6 people and a cozy living room with a fireplace. From the lounge/dining area you have direct access to an approx. 10 m² sun terrace by patio doors, which also have a view to the bay. From this lower terrace some steps lead to a further approx. 100 m² private roof terrace with a Mediterranean planting and a big BBQ. Here you can stock up on some sunshine the whole day and enjoy the flavor of the surrounding pine trees. The 2 double bedrooms are with bathrooms en suite and separated as suites with doors. Brilliant marble is on the floor of the apartment. Perfect for vacation guests, who like to reach at the next corner the lively harbor, with lots of restaurants, cozy coffee bars, shops and then return to the tranquil apartment.

Relax afterwards in one of the typical coffee bars or fish restaurants on the waterside terrace, and enjoy the most spectacular of sunsets. In the harbour you can see the fishermen repairing their nets and bringing in the fish. This is an idyll that you can only find in the books yet! Your vacation domicile is completely fitted with everything you need for a relaxed vacation. Come and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. In the next idyllic old village of Andratx is a famous typical market. Go hiking to San Telmo, with a beautiful beach and small restaurants, or to Calvia a picturesque village, or perhaps up the mountain to Gallilea or Es Capdella. Also you can go to the golf to Camp the mar (10 Min. by car). Located directly in the centre is a diving and sailing school.

Bus connection/ Car rental: The bus stop is located alongside the harbour, where you can hop on a bus to Palma or other stops en route. To totally discover the island we recommend that you rent a car. From Pto. Andratx you have excellent hiking opportunities such as San Telmo over the mountain approx. 2.5 hrs, Camp de Mar approx. 1 hrs, the old stone village of Andratx with an interesting market, Es Capdella or Calvia.

Babysitter: We can recommend a good babysitter

Golf: The next golf course is only approx. 10 minutes by car in Camp de Mar. Further you can find in Santa Ponsa I (18 hole), Santa Ponsa II (18 hole) and Santa Ponsa III (9 hole), Bendinat, Son Vida, Son Muntaner. There is also a Golf academy where you can easily learn, and with fun.

Positiv war die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Sauberkeit. Die Lage ist mäßig, 3. Stock, viel Treppensteigen erforderlich, direkt an der Hauptstraße La Mola incl. Verkehrslärm. Zum Laufen ins Städchen ist es definitiv zu weit, ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Der direkte Meerzugang ist nichts für schwache Nerven und nur für gute Schwimmer geeignet. Die Nachbarschaft ist britisch und spanisch, allerdings überwiegend in privaten Händen.
Insgesamt passen Preis und Leistung nicht, auch nach Meinung der Nachbarn (Gavina), es gibt eindeutig besseres.....
Leider auch lange Wartezeiten bei der Kommunikation und Erstattung der Kaution.
