The apartment has a balcony with the view on the whole bay and the islands Krk and Cres. The apartment is fully equipped, including satellite TV, dish washer and washing machine. The small apartment has air condition. There is a parking place in front of the house.

We recommend you to visit the island of Krk and Cres that are reachable in 1-2 hours drive and the peninsula of Istra.

Wir(2 Familien) mieteten zwei Ferienwohnungen Ende August 2009 und waren sehr zufrieden.Saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung,der Blick von der Terasse wie angegeben mit Meerblick und wahnsinnig netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern.
Wir alle verbrachten schöne Abende auf der grosszügigen Terasse von Apartment 3.
Kostenlose Fitnessprogramm bei Fussgängen zum Meer (steiler Weg).
In Icici selber genügend Kneipen,Restaurants,Supermarkt.Schöner Promenadenweg nach Opatija ode auch in die entgegengesetzte Richtung.
Vielleicht bald Aufwiedersehen!

Allein für die Terrasse gibt es 5 Sterne

Sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit freundlichen Besitzern. Allein für den Ausblick von der Terrasse lohnt sich die Fahrt. Die Terrasse ist auch schön möbliert und beleuchtet, so dass man sie optimal nutzen kann. Wir haben all Mahlzeiten draußen gegessen. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, obwohl der Weg sehr steil ist - erst eine Treppe dann sehr steile Strasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind ein wenig altmodisch, was Möbel und Bettwäsche angeht. Hunde muss man auch mögen, denn die Besitzer haben mindestens drei, obwohl man die Terrasse auch sperren konnte.
