The Casa Marcos is a beautiful, completely private three bedroom, two and one-half bath home located four blocks from the waterfront in San Miguel. This home has just recently been purchased by a U.S. family and has been completely remodeled and furnished. The interior appointments are outstanding with all imported furnishings, appliances, full air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Marcos includes a living room/dining room combination with satellite television, stereo and telephone for local calls. The large, fully-equipped kitchen offers a snack bar for your convenience. There is also a family room with a comfortable sofa, two chairs, satellite television/VCR and a single-size day bed.

All rooms, including the bedrooms, are very roomy and are cooled by individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans. One bedroom has 2 queens, a walk-in closet and dresser. Bedroom number two comes with 1 king and 1 twin size bed. The closet here is small but there is a large dresser to store your clothing articles. These two bedrooms share a nice full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, satellite television, telephone and full bathroom.

The large back yard is completely walled-in and has beautiful vegetation. There is a brand new swimming pool, palapa hut and lawn furniture. There is a half bath with exclusive access from the back yard for your convenience.

Casa Marcos is extremely comfortable and well furnished. It possesses all the little extras to help make your vacation truly wonderful.
