PRESTIGIOUS VACATION GETAWAY
This luxuriously appointed 4 bed 3.5 bath premium home is furnished to the highest possible standard and is situated on a palm lined boulevard in the upscale secure gated community of The Manor at West Haven.
The floor plan is single storey, split plan and over 2,500 sq. ft. for a 4 bed home! The home has TWO Master Suites one a King, the other a Queen, both with Roman Tubs, large walk-in Showers and walk-in closets. A further two bedrooms are set up as Twins and all bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD.
The home has a Desk Area with High Speed Internet, the Family Room has an Entertainment Center with a 65" huge screen TV with High Definition. The Games Room has a professional Slate Bed Pool Table, Ping Pong and more. The Kitchen contains everything you could possibly need with a separate Laundry Area.
The extended Pool Deck has an outside Bathroom with Shower, a 30ft Pool with underwater lighting and Spa.
The whole home is furnished to an amazingly high standard and is a vacation in its own right.
Local Activities
The Manor is situated on slightly higher ground and offers a slight cool breeze and great views from the edge of the community over the surrounding area. Within the gated community there is an all weather Tennis Court, Cabana, Children's Play Area and communal Swimming Pool.
Area Information
Disney World Resort is approximately 15 mins away, The other main Orlando attractions are within a short drive and local supermarkets Walmart and Publix are close by. Pizza and Chinese restaurants are very close and so are gas stations and Interstate 4.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
