Apartment Adriana is for 4 persons (+1). Total area 45 m² + terrace 25 m² with a striking Sea-view. In front of the house are parking places, a garden and a barbecue possibility. Two separate double bedrooms (each 13 m²), living room and kitchen, bathroom (shower, WC) and a terrace with garden furniture.

Losinj is announced a climatic health resort (the climate is particularly suitable for those suffering from breathing disorders and allergies.) Maybe you can see one or more of the 120 identified dolphins (identified by photo-identification based on natural permanent marks on their dorsal fin) from the terrace. It has a nice view over the sea, pine trees, a beautiful garden with many agaves (for Tequila), bougainvilleas, aloe, eucalyptus, olive trees, salvia, rosemary, lavender bushes etc. The house lies on a small peninsula named Privlaka ca. 1 km outside the town Mali Losinj (easily accessible in a 10 minutes walk). The distance from the beach is only 24 meters, 1005 m to the town centre, 51 m or 204 m to the grocery store and 105 m or 303 m to the restaurants. Losinj is connected with Italy (Venice) with Catamaran (in one way 4 hours). Losinj is connected with airport Rijeka (on the island Krk) with mini-bus.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man Blick aufs Meer und am Abend sahen wir sogar einmal zwei Delfine im Meer herumspringen. War sehr schön und ist zum weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man Blick aufs Meer und wenn man Glück hat sieht man abends Delfine vorbeischwimmen. Da die 2. Wohnung direkt nebenan ist kann man auch mit einer zweiten Familie gemeinsam Urlaub machen.Mali Losinj selbst ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut.
Vermieterin war sehr freundlich,hat uns viele Tips gegeben,
war aber zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich (sehr angenehm).
Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.
In der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis, daß die zweite Wohnung direkt neben der Ersten liegt.
Wir haben uns 16 Tage sehr gut erholt.
Ausgehtipp: Catacombe (Livemusik)
