This is a brand new, modern and very tastefully furnished Penthouse 170m², in well-kept idyllic urbanisation with the character of a small Andalusian village with surrounding gardens and 2 communal swimming pools. The property has 3 terraces in total, 2 with panoramic views to the Mediterranean from Estepona to Gibraltar. This Penthouse is on 2 levels. Downstairs is the homely lounge area with dining place to seat 6 people and 2 dark lordly leather sofas. Direct access from lounge room on the large terrace with garden furniture and views on the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the main pool area. Further downstairs is the first of in total 3 bedrooms, with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are the second bedroom with twin beds and garden terrace overlooking the surrounding gardens and pool area. The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel, from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. Its not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vital Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min.It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 42,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need-to-know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need-to-know about San Pedro de Alcantara:: San Pedro de Alcantara is a small village in direct neighbourhood of the famous marina town of Puerto Banus (only 5 min. car drive!) Das Penthouse ist in einer schöner Anlage und wirlkich eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Wir waren dort mit 6 Personen (5 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) und uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Penthouse ist genau wie beschrieben, sauber, geplegt und empfehlenswert. Auch die Lage ist super, da der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Das Meer ist mit einer schönen Aussicht von den beiden Balkonen zu sehen und läd zum Träumen ein.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und auch mit Kindern ist die Anlage toll.
Zu empfehlen ist ein Restaurant Richtung Casares. Man fährt von der Anlage rechts ab und fährt immer geradeaus. Irgendwann kommt auf der linken Seite ein Restaurant. Etwas unscheinbar, aber ziemlich günstig, gemütlich und sehr lecker. Ein Geheimtipp!
