We offer you our brand new 2-bedroom-penthouse on the Costa del Sol with breathtaking seaviews on the Mediterranean. The Penhouse is situated on a small hill in quiet urbanisation, in front of it there is a small park. The beach is only 700 Meters away. The penthouse is very tastefully and to high standard furnished, there is a leather lounge area and spacious dining table with rattan chairs to seat 4 people. On the large 30m² terrace are 2 sun beds and garden furniture. The terrace offers beautiful panoramic views over the coast of Casares. It has south-west orientation and is very sunny. The master bedroom has double bed and overlooks the near park area and the sea. It has an en-suite-bathroom with whirlpool. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and en-suite shower room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. There is an air-conditioning throughout. Enjoy relaxing holidays in a tastefully ambience!

The Urbanisation 'Vista Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel, from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vital Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20 min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night.   • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need-to-know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma.
