In beautiful Bergslagen with never ending woods, full of wildlife and many lakes, lies the old mine owner's residence Spiktorp with Härbrehuset. It is an old country house with large windows overlooking the terrace and with a fantastic view of the lake. The living room has old pinewood planks in the ceiling and flooring, the walls of wooden panel, beams in the walls as well as the ceiling. It is a house with 6+2 beds. Dinning group, sofa (with two extra beds), sat-TV and open plan kitchen (electric cooker, dishwasher, warm and cold water, fridge freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and CD radio). The three bedrooms have pinewood flooring, walls as well as ceiling. Two double rooms towards the woods. A double room with patio doors facing the terrace. Shower with washroom and toilet. The terrace has a fantastic view of the lake and is popular for relaxation and grilling.

The farm is idyllic situated in the woods, 12 km outside Grythyttan, 80 km north of Örebro, 250km west of Stockholm. You will find superb hiking-/walking-/fishing- possibilities and a real wild life experience. In the woods, you can participate in elk safari. Our guests can free use our boats. Free is also fishing of perch and pike in our four lakes. Facilities at the disposal of our guests are: washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, badminton, crocket bowls, dart, boule, golf and more. The house has satellite dishes (Astra) and can also look at central film channel. Normally the woods are rich with berries and mushrooms during late summer.

Fishing and boats : Down by the lake, only 200 m from the residence, you will find a bathing jetty, beach hut and rowboats/canoes/el. motorboat. Boats and fishing of perch and pike in four lakes are free for our guests. Put and take fishing can be done to a fee in near by lakes.

Old style, but equipped with modern convenience: The beautiful old house has been renovated to protect and improve the old county style. It has a major influence of pinewood flooring and in the ceiling. The house is still equipped with every modern convenience. There is even a dish washer. Facilities at the disposal of our guests are: washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, badminton, crocket bowls, dart, amongst other things.

Golf: Between the residence and the lake is a hill covered with birch and a golf training complex with its central green at the disposal of our guests. Spiktorp is situated between two golf courses which are of great natural beauty (distance 30 km.).

Selten haben wir einen so entspannenden und vielseitigen Familienurlaub erleben können!

Das Haus ist ein wunderschönes und gemütliches, im IKEA-Stil eingerichtetes Holzhaus. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ermöglicht einen fabelhaften Blick auf einen wunderschönen See.
Erholung und Entspannung pur bot uns dieses Domizil mitten in der Natur.
Die Abgelegenheit und die Ruhe lässt einen das komplette Zeitgefühl verlieren.
Der nahegelegene See bietet Spaß und Aktion für die ganze Familie und das Wasser war trotz der vielen Regentage stets warm und die Kanutouren auf dem See ermöglichten uns viele Einblicke in die Natur.

Mit den vielen Heidel- und Waldbeeren, die praktisch überall wachsen, konnten wir etliche Kuchen backen und Marmelade kochen.

Begeistert waren wir von der Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Schweden, die uns sofort bei Problemen zur Hilfe standen. Zudem war der Vermieter super freundlich!
Das Gelände bietet jedem eine fabelhafte Rückzugsmöglichkeit zum Relaxen, Lesen, Nachdenken, Musikhören usw.

Empfehlenswert ist es absolut sich viel Autan (Anti-Mücken-Zeug), Bücher und Spiele zur Beschäftigung mitzunehmen.

Schweden hat uns desfinitiv überzeugt und gerade zu diesem besonders schönen Ort würden wir wirklich jedem raten!!

Ein Paradies mit freundlichen Vermietern

Wir haben dort ein phantastisches winterliches Wochenende im Februar verbracht (fr - so). Wunderschönes, sehr ansprechendes gemütliches und komfortables Haus mit betörendem Blick auf den See, hoch oben in den verschneiten Wäldern in einem idyllischen ehemaligen Berghof mit ein paar wenigen, locker verstreuten rotweissen Knusperhäusern. Die Privatheit und das Privatempfinden in jedem Haus ist vollauf gewährleistet, man bemerkt die anderen Gäste nicht. Die Vermieter wohnen am Rande des Berghofes, sind sehr freundlich, entspannt und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus war kuschelig warm, sehr sauber und so schön und gemütlich, daß wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. An alles war gedacht, es fehlte an nichts! Als Gast kommt man einfach rein, entspannt sich, genießt - und hat sofort Urlaub! Wir werden sicher oft wiederkommen und können den Berghof Spiktorp und insbesondere das Härbrehuset nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Das Haus hat ein super romantisches Flair und die Aussicht auf den See ist phantastisch . Die Ruder -u. Paddelboote sind jederzeit verfügbar . Ich würde das Haus aber für max.6 Personen empfehlen , ansonsten wird es meines Erachtens zu eng . Der Vermieter , welcher vor Ort lebt , ist immer da und gibt gerne Auskunft über die Gegend und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten . Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und können das Haus nur empfehlen .

"Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus auf einem Hof mit anderen Ferienhäusern. Alles was man für einen Schwedenurlaub braucht findet man hier. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Ein Haus, das seht gut ausgestattet ist. In Sichtweite ein See mit gutem Fischbestand. Viele Aktivitäten für Jung und Alt .Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Wer noch nie ein Elch gesehen hat, kann dies in der Nähe des Hauses tun. Unsere Kinder, unser Hund und wir haben uns dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
