Casa Mare is a beautiful villa with a private pool and a large 950 m²property. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and suite-bathroom; the other 2 each have 2 beds, 1 shower and WC. The living room has a spire. The kitchen is well equipped. The house has electric heating. Outside you will find a large, canopied seating area with a table and deck chairs, an outdoor fire pit and different playing opportunities for children. There is space for 3 cars on the property. A car is needed. The garden and the pool are cleaned once a week. The location is very beautiful and relaxing - there is sun from early morning until sunset.

  • Water, electricity, gas and bed sheets are included in the prices. Plus an additional 80 € for final cleaning. Security deposit: 300 € upon arrival (will be reimbursed upon departure as long as there are no damages). Pre-payment: 10% upon booking. The rest is to be paid before arrival. Arrival between 16:00 and 18:00. After 18:00, a fee of 20 € will be due. Arrivals after 20:00 are usually not allowed, but we can maybe talk about it.
