The newly built 3 room vacation apartment (approx. 100 m²) is comfortably arranged and has a wonderful location, by Suedhang. From Hopfen am See, also called „the Riviera of the Allgaeu“, you have a wonderful view upon the lake Hopfensee and upon the entire mountainous panorama. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and DVD player. A big bathroom with shower, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC is available. In the beautiful and big living and dining area, there is a completely equipped kitchen (ceramic stove top, baking oven, dish washer, toaster, etc.). From the entire living area and from the covered balcony you have a unique view upon the lake and the mountains. In just a few minutes you can reach the hiking region Hopferwald. There are 70 m to the beach promenade and to the swimming area.

Hopfen am See is located aapprox. 5 km from Fuessen. From the highway exit, there are approx. 15 minutes to Fuessen. Fuessen is well known for its beautiful historical center, the royal castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, as well as for the musical King Ludwig II. Moreover, the region offers you a great variety of activities, such as hiking and cycling, golf and water sports. In the wintertime you can enjoy the skiing and cross country skiing regions. You should also go to the crystal spa by Kurpark Schwangau, which is open all the year through. We want you to enjoy your time at our place and to forget about the daily routine.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates are per day and for 3 people, including all the additional costs (final cleaning, linen and tablecloths, 2 towels per person and 1 place in the basement garage), if you stay at least 7 days. Each further person will be charged according to the season with between 6,- and 10,- Euros per day. For children between 4 and 15, you need to pay 4,- to 7,- Euros, and the children under 3 can stay here for free. Pets can be allowed upon request and will be charged with 5,- Euros a day. For shorter stays, you will have to pay for the final cleaning and for the linen service. The visitor’s tax will be raised.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, fantastischer Ausblick

Wir können diese herrliche Wohnung nur wärmsten empfehlen.
Zu der tollen Wohnung gehört ein ebenso toller Balkon, von dem aus man einen wunderbaren Blick über den Hopfensee und das Bergpanorama hat. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr schön möbiliert und sehr sauber. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man am runden Tisch gemütlich mit 4 Personen sitzen und die Aussicht genießen.
Das tägliche morgentliche Gassigehen mit unserem Hund gestaltete sich stressfrei, da der Hopferwald in weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht ist. Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr

tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Angaben auf der Internet-Seite waren zutreffend, die Wohnung ist dem Preis entsprechend gut ausgestattet, es ist wirklich alles da in guter Qualität, auch sehr sauber.
Es gibt eine Rezeption zur Ferienwohnanlage und von da wird man gut betreut.
Ganz toll ist das Restaurant Olivenbauer, nur 5 Min. von der Ferienwohnung entfernt mit Blick auf den See.
Freizeitmöglichkeiteiten gibt es wie Wanderungen auch ohne große Anstiege, Schwimmen, Rudern, Surfen.
Die Wohnung und der Ort sind empfehlenswert. Für Familien mit größeren Kindern vielleicht ein bisschen langweilig, weil auch Gleichaltrige fehlen.

Erstklassige FeWo - Traumurlaub vorprogrammiert

Wer wert auf absolut saubere und sehr gute Ausstattung legt und zudem in einer absolut ruhigen und dennoch verkehrsgünstigen Lage (ob mit Auto oder Bus) seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier goldrichtig! Diese excellente Penthouse-Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, bietet genügend Freiraum selbst für mehrere Personen und besticht durch Ihren Stil, Lage des Esstisches (Blick auf den Hopfensee und die Berge) sowie den Service durch die Rezeption an der wertvolle Tipps für alle Aktivitäten rund um Hopfen am See zu erhalten sind und auch die Brötchen/Brezel/Croissant-Bestellung entgegen genommen wird.

Als frisch gebackenes Rentnerehepaar bietet uns dieses einladende Domizil Erholung pur, aber auch unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten und tolle Golfplätze in nächster Nähe. Ein Vehikelverleih wenige Gehminunten entfernt wurde von uns auch genutzt, da die Gegend auch zu tollen Radtouren einlädt. Auch die unzähligen Boutiquen und Cafés in Füssen locken einen mit Recht immer wieder in das malerische Königs-Städtchen.
Wir waren zum ersten Mal rundum begeistert und die Beschreibung wurde von der Realität überboten.
Wir haben schon neue Termine für unsere nächste Reise in diese wunderschöne Wohnung ins Auge gefaßt. Es gibt noch viel zu entdecken. Diese Gegend ist einfach ein Hochgenussund auch die Gasthäuser sind sehr einladend und bieten gute Qualität bieten.
Wir bedanken uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen noch dieses Jahr wieder und werden diese excl. Ferienwohnung auch an Bekannte/Verwandte aller Altersstufen weiterempfehlen, da diese auf sämtliche Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten ist.

Fantastisches Feriendomizil - sehr empfehlenswert!

Diese großzügig geschnittene und exzellent ausgestattete Penthouse-Wohnung mit unverbautem Blick auf den Hopfensee und die dahinterliegende Bergkette, hat uns während unseres Urlaubs in Hopfen am See jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Absolut ruhige Lage - Erholung pur!
Gleichzeit hat man aber alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, so man diese nutzen will. Ob wunderschöne Wanderwege zu Käsereien, Gasthöfen uvm., Radverleihe, Boot fahren/Surfen/Baden in der im See (zu unserer Zeit Eislauf) oder in der Therme in Füssen, Winter- oder Sommerrodelbahn... es ist alles in nächster Nähe. Unser 17jähriger Sohn war so begeistert, daß uns Oma und Opa einen Tag besuchen kamen und zwischenzeitlich schon gebucht haben, da für jedes Alter unzählige Möglichkeiten an der "Allgäuer Riviera", wie diese Gegend zu Recht genannt wird, geboten werden. Nach einem erfüllten Tag, z. B. in der historischen Stadt Füssen oder einem Kulturtripp zu den Königsschlössern ist es umso schöner in eine neue Traumwohnung zurückzukehren und in gemütlicher Atmosphäre den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der großzügige Balkon von dem man auch das nur wenige Fußminuten entfernte Strandbad sieht, lädt förmlich zum Verweilen ein und wir freuen uns heute schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Hopfen am See, bei dem wir sicherlich manchTässchen Café bei märchenhaftem Blick genießen werden. Diese Wohnung können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen, da sie sehr sauber und über alle Maßen gut ausgestattet ist. Ob Sauberkeit,Ausstattung wie neue Handtücher oder auch Bettwäsche - alles ist von sehr guter Qualität und bietet die Basis für einen gelungenen Urlaub! Auch können wir die vielen Restaurationen rund um den Hopfensee sehr empfehlen. Viele davon sind nur wenige Gehminuten von dieser wunderschönen FeWo entfernt!
So können wir diese gehobene Wohnung für jede Altersgruppe und sämtliche Freizeitaktivitäten absolut empfehlen, da je nach Erwartungshaltung geplant werden kann und somit keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Übrigens: Der Brötchenservice hat uns besonders gefallen. Ob Brötchen, Brezlen oder Croissants.... bis wir aufgestanden sind, hing der Brötchenbeutel bereits an unserer Wohnungstüre!
