This new modern apartment is adjacent to the beach and promenade and overlooks a large sandy (blue flag issued) beach. It offers a superb uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean sea and coastline, surrounding mountains and the nearby salt lake with its pink flamingo population. The apartment is on the 18th floor and is comprised of one bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and, fully fitted kitchen. Windows open onto a large balcony with room to eat 'al fresco'. Residents have the exclusive use of an adult and children's swimming pool surrounded by attractive gardens which offer an ideal location for sunbathing. There is a free next-door parking and lifts to the apartment. Along with air conditioning and central heating this makes for an ideal holiday for any time of the year.

Calpe is a popular resort boasting two 'blue flag' sandy beaches divided by a towering Peñon de Ifach rock which dominates the coastline. (You can walk to the summit along a pathway and enjoy the amazing views. On a clear day you can see Ibiza from the rock). Located ten miles north of Benidorm, Calpe is much quieter than that particular resort. It's shallow, sandy beaches are safe and the calm, warm waters are great for children. It also has a very good range of excellent shops and supermarkets. You'll also find many very good bars and restaurants from gourmet to fast foods and take-aways and all at very reasonable prices. The promenade runs along the beaches all the way to the harbour with its fishing fleet and seafood restaurants and bustling Saturday market. Calpe has a wonderful modern marina next to the old fishing port. Throughout the year Calpe hosts many colourful festivals starting with the Carnival in February, the Moors and Christians, the Spanish-German Beer festival.

Travelling around Calpe: Calpe has a wonderful modern marina that sits along side the old fishing harbour. From here there are boat rides around the impressive Peñon de Ifach which rises out of the sea. One of the best ways to view the coast line is by rail using the 'Lemon-train' that runs from Alicante to Denia stopping at villages along the way including Calpe. At Denia you can take a ferry that takes you to Ibiza and Majorca.

Holiday activities: Less than 20 minutes drive is Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, MundoMar, Fonts de Algar (waterfalls and swimming), the Safari Park of La Verger and the Caves of Benidoleig. Terra Mitica: A Paramount Theme Park, is located to the South of Benidorm and has spectacular themed shows and roll coaster rides. Mundomar: A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia. Aqualandia: Huge water amusement park for adults and children situated on the west side of Benidormnear Mundomar and Benidorm Palace. Algar waterfalls (Fonts d’Algar): The Algar is a natural water park with authentic swimming pools in which to enjoy the crystal clear mountain waters. For an unforgettable night out, Benidorm Palace is a must. Throughout the year Calpe hosts many colourful festivals starting with the Carnival in February, the Moors and Christians 4 day event, the Spanish-German Beer Festival in October, the Fallas festivity on the 19th March.
