Book a relaxing wellness holiday in our spacious and light luxury house Villa Princess and relax by the romantic pool (East-South-West side) with heating at 28 degrees on a 1000 m2 property where you will find a groomed garden with tropical plants and you do not have to worry about noise from nearby neighbors. In a 3 minute drive you can get to the sea and have different options for hours, day or weeks for renting boats or kayaks or booking day tours to the most beautiful islands. In just under a half hour you can get to the long beaches in Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Meyers Beach. There are also a lot of good and traditional restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Biking or skating on Pine Island is very popular. You can go fishing in the lake. The stunning sunsets are worth notice - you can enjoy them from the pool area. We recommend the many direct flights from Europe.

There is always a slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico.   • The prices above are for 2 people per week. Each extra person € 70.00 per week. Children up to 6 years of age stay free. Easter and Christmas an additional 10% for filing taxes plus 11% - security deposit € 500.00 - final cleaning can be paid on site upon arrival $140.00. Reduced prices for a stay of 4 weeks or more and for long-term rentals and last minute bookings. The pre-payment upon contract completion is 20% of the rent + the security deposit. The rest of the payment is to be made at latest 30 days before rental begin.

Notes: High, light, spacious and friendly rooms - separate breakfast corner and dining area. Furthermore, our guests can use the 4 TVs with which you can receive German television. The stunning sunsets can be seen from the pool area and the lake dock. It is a five minute bike ride to a newly opened shopping center (public). In Matlache in the harbor you can get fresh fish and shrimps daily and there are also a few very traditional and good fish restaurants. You will find an excellent restaurant in the Burnt Store Marina (harbor and golf course) - 7 minute drive towards Punta Gorda. Here the street goes directly to Tampa and Orlando. On the Pine Island Road you will find a very good steak restaurant 'Bubas' next to the German-American club.

Care: A German-English management service is on site. You can be instructed about the house and they will be helpful upon departure. The friendly management will inform you about shopping options, attractions and 'must-see' destinations.

Boat rides: We are only located about 1 mile from the sea. Rental boats in different sizes and strengths can be rented in Matlache and Pine Island and for hours, days or weeks. You can start here directly by the open sea without locks and without long canals. For those who are not experienced with boats it would be best with pontoon boats. Boat licenses are not required in Florida. However, you should not be completely inexperienced. You can search beautiful days without having to pay a week price in advance. There the island world is breathtaking and always remains unforgettable. For those who would prefer to be driven, there are organized boat rides with Tropic Star in Pine Island to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, Boca Grande (enough time for swimming).

Highlights: The lake is very popular for fishing and thus, our lake patio is ideal for all fishes. The lake view is ideal for young and old - long-term renters are welcome. The heated pool is very comfortable during the winter months. Matlache and Pine Island are also very romantic and ideal for biking, canoeing and kayaking. Between a 3 and 10 minute drive and you can rent boats at 4 harbors. In Matlache and Pine Island, boats can be rented - also daily! Direct Gulf access without locks and without long and slow canals and rivers. The dream islands of Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Captiva and many more can be easily reached from here.

In diesem schönen, geräumigen, hellen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus fanden meine Freundin und ich die absolute Entspannung. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Jedoch sind Restaurants, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen.

Für geplante Ausflüge nach Key West, Orlando, Miami usw. ist die Lage des Hauses bzw. der Ausgangspunkt Cape Coral ideal.

Dieses Feriendomizil ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir wollen sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!

Wir waren 3.5 Wochen in Florida in drei verschiedenen Häuser. Die Villa Princess ist bezüglich Einrichtung und Zustand absolut erstklassig und mit Sicherheit das Beste der drei gemieteten Häuser. Wir können das Haus für Cape Coral uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut in 5 Min zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele (Meer, Outlets) sind in 20-40 Min gut erreichbar (In Florida fährt man halt viel :-))

Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und können bestätigen, dass die Beschreibung der Realität entspricht.

Wenn man noch die lästigen Mücken im August wegbringen könnte, wäre der Aufenthalt im Sommer noch schöner.

die beschreibung des hauses und die bilder hier auf der seite, haben schon erahnen lassen wie schön das haus ist.
ein wirklich perfektes haus das keine wünsche offen lässt.
es ist nicht nur super gepflegt -und mit sehr viel liebe zum detail eingerichtet, sondern eben auch perfekt gelegen.
im handumdrehen befindet man sich in den bekannten einkaufsmalls.
bereits bei der ankunft wurden wir liebevoll von der hausverwalterin empfangen. uns wurde jeder wunsch von den augen abgelesen und so hat man sich von der ersten bis zur letzten minute "zu hause" gefühlt.
der pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und war zu jeder zeit in einem einwandfreien zustand. leider haben wir auch schon andere erfahrungen gemacht und wissen diesen service daher besonders zu schätzen.
schweren herzens sind wir nach 17 tagen nach hause geflogen.
bei unserem nächsten urlaub in florida würden wir uns freuen wenn wir wieder in diesem wunderschönen haus wohnen dürften

Die Villa Princess ist ein sehr schönes liebesvolles eingerichtetes Haus, dass wir ohne wenn und aber weiter empfehlen können.
