Our historical estate was built in the 17th century with typical buildings. In the main house you find a large, comfortable flat (approx. 150 m²) on the first floor, on the ground floor there is a approx. 50 m²apartment. The 13.000 m²property is situated on top of a hill with a most impressive panorama on mountains and little villages around. The site is completely hedged. We offer a solar heated pool (10x5 m) with outside shower, roofed and shady facility for seating, a little lake, an outside pizza oven, spacious meadow. Cars could be parked in the former barn. Sun beds, chairs and parasols are available. Pets are welcome.

This flat is about 150 m² on the first floor of the main house. You reach the flat through a separate entrance and interior stairs. The huge living room has a ceiling height of up to 5 m. We have a fireplace, a wood stove, TV corner, sofa bed, desk, table for 8 persons, a large open kitchen. The kitchen is completely equipped with i.e. 6-flame cooking stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bread baking machine, toaster and an electric kettle. The main sleeping room has a double bed and is adjacent to the large bathroom with shower, bath tub, bidet and WC as well as double washstand. The second sleeping room has a double bed and a child bed (80x130) as well as a separate bathroom with shower, washstand and WC. The flat has an own terrace next to the entrance in south direction.

You can reach the beach in approx. 30 minutes by car. In the region you find various villages, the next larger city is Jesi (approx. 20 minutes by car). There are several opportunities for leisure activities, i.e. visit Europe largest grotto, World Heritage Site Urbino, city state San Marino, the harbour city Ancona and famous Monte Conero.
