Balestrate is a little village in the province of Palermo, at the Mediterranean Sea in the golf of Castellammare. All over the year, a lot of visitors and tourist are passing their time in Balestrate. From spring time till the late autumn who loves sun and seaside just takes a break on at the beautiful sandy and golden colored beach. There are two beaches, one at the east and one at the west side of the town. The sea is of different beautiful colors from emerald green to several tonality of blue. Balestrate is a modern seaside resort, perfect for your relaxing holiday without renouncing to interesting excursions. Your apartment is in a quiet private street at the first floor and equipped with all comfort, such as air condition, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, terrace with barbecue, Veranda. The apartment has three bedrooms: 1 with double bed and cradle, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with bed to castle. In the living room is available a divan bed. The apartment is 500 from the beach.

Balestrate does not offer only seaside and lots of possibilities for water sports but even a green area with a forest of eucalyptus, pine trees and others equipped for picnics to enjoy the complete day outside. In the middle of the coast of Balestrate you’ll find the yacht harbor, the boast of Balestrate.

  • For final cleaning, bedlinen and towels are due once 50 Euro. For the transfercost from and to the airport Palermo is 65 Euro, transfer to Trapani Birgi Airport 100 Euro. Air condition (warm + cold) 10 Euro per day.
  • In the case of reservation a 20% downpayment is required. Settlement at arrival.

Sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal, nicht weit zum Strand und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich sofort, sollte man ein Anliegen haben. Wir haben den Transfer vom/zum Flughafen mitgebucht. Alles lief absolut reibungslos. Auch das Wetter hat im März gut mitgespielt. Wir hatten gerade mal einen Regentag, ansonsten sehr mild bis warm. Meine Kinder haben sogar im Meer gebadet.

Besser kann man im Urlaub nicht wohnen, hat man Probleme ein Wort und es ist schon erledigt. Sehr gastfreundlich. Auch die ausliegenden Informationen ( Busfahrplan/ Bahnfahrplan ) super. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder !!
