Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Alles sauber und gepflegt.
Von der Infrastruktur ausgezeichnet.

Ruhige u. verkehrsgünstige Lage

Angaben soweit korrekt, Ausnahme: Waschmaschine
nicht vorhanden, ansonsten Innenausstattung komplett
Sauberer u. ordentlicher Zustand, schöne Terrasse
und Grundstück
bei voller Belegung Geduld bzw. gute Organisation,
da nur 1 Toilette vorhanden, 1 zusäzliches Gäste-WC wäre nicht schlecht
Betreuung und Ansprache durch den Vermieter sehr nett
und informativ
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Individualtouristen, ruhige,
aber trotzdem verkehrsgünstige Lage, vor allem bei Urlaub
mit dem eigenen Auto (2 Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück),
auch ein Hund ist hier gut untergebracht
Empfehlen diese Haus gerne weiter, würden selbst wieder
hier wohnen wollen

Sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienunterkunft mitten in Berlin.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt, sowie sehr nette Vermieter. Leider waren wir nur 4 Tage, in denen wir sehr viel gesehen haben. Ob Frühstück am Morgen oder Erholung am Abend auf der Terrasse mit Besuch vom Eichhörnchen, wir wären gern länger geblieben. Auch der Hund freut sich über ein kleinen Garten für sich.
Alles in allem ist es preisgünstig und empfehlenswert.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Berlin verbracht.
Nach einem anstrengenden Tag voller Eindrücke und Erlebnisse konnten wir in diesem schönen und in angenehmer Umgebung gelegenen Haus unsere Ruhe finden.
Ob Grillabende auf der Terrasse oder Fußball am Haus war alles möglich.
Die angenehmen und freundlichen Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen, Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung.
Gerne sind wir wieder Gäste bei ihnen.
