The luxury property (400 m2 living space, built in 2004) is located in the middle of an exclusive, peaceful and very safe villa district. We are offering you a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean and the panorama of the Helder mountains. The villa has a Mediterranean style, due to the large panorama windows that let light flood in. The furnishing is high-quality and modern. The large kitchen is completely equipped. The patio is protected against wind and the large grill can be used. The double garage is also tiled and very clean. There you will find a lot of space for your golf luggage, etc. The house is secure through an alarm with a remote control for security service. The region is very safe and you actually don't need it. The garden is very well-kept and is taken care of regularly. There is also a heated pool. The bedrooms all have their own entrance with bath and WC. On the gallery you will find a cozy TV corner with German programs. The property is about 1800 m2.

The house is located in a peaceful villa region, protected against wind on the slope of a mountain. It is a very peaceful side street. However, in just 1 minute you can get to a great Swiss restaurant, 3 minutes to the highway, 5 minutes to the large shopping center and 5 minutes to the first vineyard near Stellenbosch. In a radius of 30 minutes, you can reach the most beautiful golf courses, for example, Erinvale 5 minutes, Stellenbosch 10 minutes. It is only about 25-30 minutes to Cape Town/Table Mountain.

Your shopping in the SPAR market in Somerset West will make sure you have no wishes left open.

Shopping: The shopping center in Cape Town, the 'Waterfront' or 'Canal Walk' are an experience.

Golf: I would be happy to provide you with telephone numbers from the most beautiful golf courses so that you can reserve your tee times already from Germany. There are no handicap guidelines. I would be happy to offer you my many years of experience in this country. The green fees are currently about € 30 - 50.
