Villa la Cappella dates back to the XII century. The villa is surrounded by a 7000 m² park filled with ancient cypress trees which are making the place very rare and give freshness throughout the summer. Inside of it we have a large pool and the children amusements. Our location is very central to visit the entire region in a fairly short time. It’s connected with the main roads, handy to the airports of Florence and Pisa. We do have an excellent bus service to and from Florence which is only 23 kilometres far away. The Tinalli family spent nearly ten years to renovate the buildings with passion and love. The house shines of authentic elegance in choice of colours and materials. The family is taking care of the bar and restaurant so that the guests can be spoiled during the staying. The bio vegetables are grown in the garden.

The 55 m²-apartment is on the second floor of the villa and has either a view over the panorama or over the opposite villa of Aliano gardens. The apartment has a 24 m² stylish sleeping room with high wooden-beam ceiling and warm terracotta tiles, the bathroom with shower, the kitchen and living room. The apartment is served by a central elevator and stairs.

Villa La Cappella is located in the Chianti Florentine hills, very close to Florence, which are one of the nicest areas of Tuscany. The hills are sweet and cultivated with vineyards and olive groves: castles, abbeys, churches and towers that surround us are the evidences of our important and reach past. For instance the villa which is opposite of us, is dated 800 a. C. and during the medieval time La Cappella was a small chapel were the castle’s owners were burying the dead family members. The area is famous for the wine and ever since the countryside tourism has become very popular it’s attracting many people that are interested in wine and food. Villa La Cappella is the heart of the Tuscan region.

Notes: The bedroom is painted in soft yellow colour and the bed is in pale green. There is a reading area with two chairs a footstool and a tea table, the writing desk, the flowers’ portrait, two wardrobes and the television. The chairs and the curtains are in a luxury Bordeaux colour, the shade linen as well as the bed’s cover so that the rooms is very cosy and warm. Cherry is the wood that we've chosen for the doors and furniture and this contributing to increase the general warmness of the room. The sleeping room has a fan which is refreshing the air during the summer, though the thick walls are keeping the apartment quite fresh even when the temperature is rising during the summer.
