Das Haus ist insgesamt hübsch und recht ruhig. Diese Wohnung im OG ist vollständig ausgestattet, allerdings mit sehr billig wirkendem Pressspanfußboden.
Im Tauchower See dürfen Kinder nicht baden - das sollte man wissen, bevor man sich über die 30 m Entfernung freut. Die Badestelle am Plauer See (300 m) ist zwar schön flach, allerdings haben wir dort neben Glasscherben und Zigarettenkippen auch Hundekot direkt am Wasser (also dort wo die Kinder am liebsten spielen) gefunden.
