Rural Self Catering Apartment only 5 minutes from St Andrews.

The Apartment is within Longmuir House, set in a lovely quiet rural setting yet only a few minutes drive from St Andrews. Guests have the use of the SW facing patio area and landscaped gardens. An extra adjacent shower room is available if more than two people are staying. The owners are on hand to help and advise. The bedroom has two single beds and TV. The bed/sitting room has a double bed/settee, freeview TV, dining table and chairs, etc, kitchenette with hob, sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. The bathroom with shower over bath leads off the sitting room. All fuel costs are included in the rent. Good pub/restaurant + post office/shop in the local village of Strathkinness (nice 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by car). The Apartment is ideal for touring and has safe unlimited parking.
