A newly built 4 bedroom luxury villa in the Cumbre Del Sol development. Private pool and terrace with spectacular sea views. 3 double bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room all overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. 4th bedroom (sofabed) doubles as TV room with flat-screen LCD TV and DVD player. 2 bathrooms, one with WC and shower the other with WC and shower/bath. Less than 1 mile from the spectacular Moraig beach. Within 15 minutes drive from the Arenal beach near Javea and the El Portet and Moraira beaches.

Hola!

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this beautiful villa. Clean, modern and spacious and with breathtaking sea views, it definately has the wow factor!

The photographs on this site do not do it justice - it really has to be seen to be believed. The pool is stunning and was more than big enough for the five of us.

Situated close to Benidorm, Denia and Javea you certainly won't be be stuck for things to do. The pretty town of Moraira is nearby - great for grocery shopping and lively in the evenings with it's many restaurants and bars. Speaking of shopping, be sure to visit the Carrefour hypermarket in Finestrat near Benidorm - you won't believe the choice of goods on sale.

This villa has everything you need for a great holiday - aircon in all the rooms, large pool, Playstation/DVD/TV, modern facilities, comfy beds, close to local attractions, sun loungers, local beach, beautiful views.

I'm already looking forward to my next holiday there - I cannot recommend this villa highly enough!

Date of stay, two weeks in September 2008.
Almost equidistant from Alicante and Valencia airports (which gives you a better chance of finding the cheapest flight), the villa is situated on the stunning mountainside development of Cumbre Del Sol ten minutes from the beautiful seaside town of Moraira. The accommodation is very spaceous (all bedrooms are definitely doubles) with simply stunning views of the sea and surrounding hills from the lounge window and pool area . It was clean, tidy and everything worked during our stay.It is peaceful and a great place to relax and unwind. In nearby Moraira you can buy designer clothes or a T shirt, enjoy great food with fine wine, or get a Pizza takeaway and not a football jersey in sight! Stroll round the harbour and imagine you own one of the fantastic boats moored there or visit next door El Portet for a beautful, safe swimming Cornish type bay.
If you fancy a game of golf try Javea golf club, about 10 mins. drive from the villa over the top of the mountain in the opposite direction to Moraira. It is a very friendly private members club that welcomes visitors, but take your handicap certificate. At 5,950 meters for the men and 5,093 for ladies, this immaculately tended and easy walking course is ideal for holiday golf. Try the home made tapas after your round or book a table on the veranda for dinner - excellent.
The area is also famous for its wines. Try the Bodega in Moraira for wine from the wooden barrels, You won't believe the price!
I would highly recommend this villa. Go on, spoil yourself!

Excellent Villa

We have just spent two weeks at this villa being the last two weeks in August 2008 and it does live up to the description given. The views are fantastic and the area is very pretty. It took about an hour from Alicante Airport through some very spectacular scenery. The climb up the mountains to the area of the Cumbre Del Sol Development is pretty dramatic with hairpin bends and very steep hills. A car is essential for this villa. The beach of Javea is ideal for children and there are many restaurants along the front. One particular restaurant we would recommend is La Boheme which is very good. We would also recommend a day at Aqualandia which is near Benidorm it is a fun day out.

The villa was clean and spacious and the pool was ideal for all the family. There were seven of us, three children and four adults and we found there was still plenty of room. The air-conditioning is very efficient although not all the rooms were working at our time of stay but I believe this is being sorted out.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone that enjoys beautiful scenery and lovely views. If you want to get fit then there are plenty of hills to walk or run up and down.
