Spacious 3 bedroom villa with private 12m x 6m pool

This delightful villa is situated within walking distance of the beautiful village of Collobrieres. It has terracotta tiles throughout, with high beamed ceilings, and an open fire in the sitting room. It also has satellite tv with English channels. French windows open out on to a large jasmine + rose covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for enjoying those shady lunches and balmy Mediterranean evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, complete with dishwasher, washing machine and second drinks fridge + freezer. There are three double bedrooms and a mezzanine with sofa bed. The Master bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a separate wc. The garden is large and fully enclosed, with an electric gate at the entrance. Ample parking for 3 cars. The large pool (12m x 6m) has an alarm and an outside shower. Outdoor furniture is provided with sun loungers, cushions and table + seating for six.

The mediaeval, living village of Collobrieres is surrounded by chestnut and oak forest in the Massif des Maures. It is in fact renowned for its cork and chestnut production. Cobbled streets wend their way through picturesque village houses. The Real Collobrier river runs through the centre of the village spanned by a charming 12th C stone bridge. An ancient fountain provides the centre piece for the village square which boasts a number of excellent restaurants, set among its plane trees. There are all amenities, including numerous bars and shops and even a boulodrome and tennis courts. Every Thursday and Sunday morning there is a Provencal market selling fresh produce. A haven for hikers, there are numerous walking trails through the Massif des Maures, including a trail leading to a magnificent Carthusian monastery. The village is 30 km from St Tropez, 30km from Toulon (nearest airport), Bormes-les-Mimosas 21km, 15km from the nearest beach at La Londe des Maures.

Prices are per week. Booking week is Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towels are available to hire at £15/€20 We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total hire to be paid at the time of booking. The full amount is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. In addition we ask for a refundable deposit of £450/€500 against damage Please ring or email us as soon as possible for further information and to allow us to make a provisional booking for you. We will hold this for 7 days whilst you print out and complete the booking form, and send it with a cheque for the deposit of 25% of the total rent. When we receive this we will confirm your booking and advise you the date for final payment and that of the security bond of £450/€500 (to cover breakages and any damage in the house - repayable after your holiday).
