Only few minutes far away from the medieval city of Lucca, the house is situated in a peaceful location on the edge of Lucca. In a perfect position for sightseeing and exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany. The main house, a traditional country property, with a spacious, sunny, paved terrace in front, for two units: Beppe1 (4+2 persons ) and Beppe2 (6 persons AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 2010). The small annexe 'Da Beppe3', is very private, and suitable for younger people. Around the houses there are 20.000 qm for the guests and a private ground-floor swimming pool (8.2 m diameter; 1.2 m deep). There are Barbecue facilities and a second small terrace at the rear of the house. Casa 'Da Beppe' is an excellent base for sightseeing and exploring this beautiful and historical part of Tuscany. Only 40 minutes far away from Versilia and his famous beaches and discos. Less than1 hour from Apuane mountains, and only 30 minutes from Pisa. OWNERS DON'T USE THE POOL. FREE BICYCLES FOR OUR

Da Beppe 3 is our annexe. Situated in front of the main house. Is particular suitable for younger guests. Living/dining room , with fridge-freezer, kitchen corner with stove and a small electrical oven. Satellite TV, double-sofa bed. Bathroom with shower. Air conditioning! Behind the house private area with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Baby cot on request. Private car parking Dogs permitted Bedlinen/towels, gas and electricity costs included. Both properties: private, above-ground circular swimming pool (8.2m diameter;1.2m deep); and private room, for both houses, with washing-machine. FREE BICYCLES FOR OUR GUESTS!!
