City centre apartment located 1km from the Promenade des Anglais and the pedestrian area with its shops and restaurants. Nice Centre Ville railway station is 1km which gives access to the towns along the Cote d'Azur. Access from Nice Airport (located 5km from the apartment) is via two direct and one local bus service (which has a stop approx 5mins walk from the apartment). Apartment is situated in a small mainly residential block on the 1st Floor of the building (with lift access).

The apartment is located in central Nice between Avenue Gambetta and Boulevard Grosso. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment and several larger supermarkets. The main railway station in Nice (Centre Ville) is 1km and a number of bus routes are within a few hundred metres which serve both the railway station and main bus station (Gare Routiere). The local No.23 bus also runs to the airport. A car is not necessary.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We provide all bed linen and towels. Electricity,hot water and central heating ( in winter) are included.
    Deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks in advance of arrival.
    An additional £100 security deposit is required with the balance which will be refunded after the completion of the stay following an inspection of the property.
    Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival require 100% of payment upon booking.
    A GBP sterling cheque or Bank transfer are acceptable.
    Changeover days are Saturday but alternative days may be possible.
  • Long weekend breaks may be available. Please email or phone for details of special offers and late availability discounts. Email for bargain prices for short 'gap' periods that are available on calender.

First ever time in Nice. Saw this apartment online,liked it .Owner was a joy to deal with. Spent two weeks in the Nice area and it was a fantastic fortnight.
The Apartment is in a great location,easy walking distance to main train station.Also very close for numerous bus stops. All single bus journeys are one euro.
Also very handy for the promenade de Angleis , where you can just sit back and relax and watch the numerous planes flying in and out .Plenty of shops ,snack bars, restaurants close as well.
Main train station is close as well.Numerous places are very easy to get to eg, MONACO is only 20 minutes away. Would recommend you get to train station in good time for your train as buying tickets can be time consuming. Carry plenty of coins or a credit card if you want to use the automatic ticket machines.
Nightlife in nice is really good. Plenty of bars and clubs which always have happy hours,usually between 5pm and 9pm.Always warm at night so no need for a coat or jumper,you will never be cold.
Would i go back to NICE again , yes i would and i would look to book this apartment again. J.

excellent apartment ten minutes from train station and 15 minutes from promenade des anglais.quiet neighbourhood,close to boulangerie and not far away from the supermarket.Ideal spot for touring with Monaco,Cannes
Antibes and Eze accessible by bus at one euro standard fare.
Old town in Nice really worth seeing and the flower market is special.
Welcome pack at the apartment is great and arrangements with the owner really easy.
Airport only 3 miles away and bus takes you within 5 minutes of the apartment.
Really great spot

A lovely apartment, clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay here. Easy to get to the apartment by bus from the airport, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. About 5 min walk to Promenade des Anglais. We used buses to explore the Cote D'Azur, very reasonable and frequent. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I have just returned from this lovely apartment. It is in a quiet but central residential area.Very clean and well maintained. The local agent for the apartment was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is well placed for walking around Nice. A good distance away to stroll back from an evening in Old Nice, or the Promenade des Anglais. Very near to the railway station, making Cannes, Antibes and Monaco all very easily accessible. I would have no hesitaion in reclommending this apartment to anyone, and would definetely return. Thanks very much!
