Lovely recently renovated beachfront apartment on first floor of priavte development in the port town of El Campello just 10 minutes from the cosmopolitan city of Alicante. The apartment has sea views from both terraces and has a direct access to the beach front promenade. This apartment is perfect for all age groups and is ideal for those looking to just relax and enjoy the pool or beach or for those who want to enjoy the local restaurants and cafe bars on the excellent pedestrian promenade. No car is needed as all local supermarkets and facilities are within 50 metres. Local drivers can be hired if day trips are required to Benidorm, Alicante or theme parks. There is also an excellent electrified tram service that runs the length of the Costa Blanca. The bus service is also very frequent and reliable. The apartment is also ideally located for Golfers as there are 5 major golf courses within 20 minutes drive, Alicante Golf, Bonalba Golf, El Plantio, Alenda and Terra Mitica Golf.
