Casa Alegria is situated in a villa estate upside Almunecar easily accessible by car. From the large balcony you have a gorgeous view of the sea and the fort Salobrena. The size of the apartment is 60 m² with one bedroom (bed: 1.9 x 2 m), large living room with new open kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, DVD-player, elegant roomy shower bathroom and toilet. A washing machine is available. The light and friendly furniture makes a homey and comfortable atmosphere.

At the tropical Costa del Sol lies the popular spanish resort Almunecar with many recovering facilities and athletic offerings. The place is also known for its typical Spanish farmer’s markets, as well as the sweeping beaches and multiple restaurants and Andalusian tapas-bars. The skiing region of Sierra Nevada is 80 km distant. Almunecar is a great origin for numerous excursions as to Granada to the world’s famous Alhambra Nerja and Frigiliana are briefly available, too.

Kristof Schmidt aus Sundern: 'Habe hier ein traumhaftes Wochenende zur Erholung und Entspannung verbracht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit unvergesslichem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Werde definitiv öfter wiederkommen und kann es nur gerne weiterempfehlen.'

Eine schön lange Zeit

Wir , Ehepaar , waren 3 1/2 Monate , März - Juni 2009, beim Vermieter sehr gut aufgehoben. Sie waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, nie aufdringlich. Hervorragend war immer das Frühstück auf der sonnenbeschienenen Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick und der Ruhe. Ab Nachmittag liegt die Terrasse im Schatten. Nachts konnte man sogar das Rauschen des Meeres hören. Die Wohnung ist komplett ,auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, ausgestattet. Wenn man etwas zusätzlich brauchte, war der Vermieter sofort hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben im Internet. Wir können die Wohnung und die Lage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, ein PKW ist aber notwendig. Das Ortszentrum liegt bergab zu Fuß 1/2h entfernt. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, spezielle Radwege sind leider keine vorhanden. Bei nächster Gelegenheit werden wir wieder beim Vermieter einziehen.

Super Urlaub - Hält was es verspricht

Gerade sind wir erst aus dem wunderschönen Urlaub zurück und könnten noch ein paar Tage Sonne gebrauchen. Hier fassen wir kurz zusammen, wie uns der Urlaub in der Casa Alegria gefallen hat:

Betreuung Vermieter:
Von dem ersten Emailkontakt, über eine kurze aber präzise Anfahrtsbeschreibung bis hin zum Empfang am Ankunftstag war alles bestens. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich und ausführlich die Wohnung gezeigt und uns nützliche Tipps (Essen, Strand, deutsche Bäckerrei, etc.) gegeben.

Angaben zur Wohnung:
Alles war genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Aussicht kann man auf einem Bild überhaupt nicht einfangen, sodass wir hiervon überwältigt waren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit dem Blick für's Detail eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!
Besonders angenehm fanden wir den separaten Eingang zur Wohnung, sodass man sehr ungestört war. Ebenso empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für sehr gut, da die Wohnung, die Aussicht und das Drumherum einfach gepasst hat.

Alles in Allem können wir die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Ein Traum

Auch der zweite Urlaub im Haus Alegria war wieder traumhaft. In Deutschland Schnee und Kälte, besser hätte es gar nicht kommen können. Und wir haben gleich unseren nächsten Urlaub gebucht. Also keine vielen Worte, das sagt doch alles!!!
