Fully Refurbished Swimming Pool: Fantastics fully refurbished indoor swimming pool , jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium complex. Check in on your day of arrival is usually at 4pm unless by previous negotiation and check out the day you go home is at 11am. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave and cushions from the garden furnitire are left inside the apartment. On Monday or Tuesday weekly during your stay the apartment will be checked for replacement toiletories and cleaning equipment etc. or any breakages.

What a great location ,only a handful of metres from the Thames.The apartment more spacious than we expected ,comfortably accommadated our family of 4 and in good order(one loose bathroom fitting and freezer needed defrosting)
Main bed really comfortable and all appliances worked fine with instructions available in a file(always really helpful)
Dedicated parking space helped us but the location is so good for excellent transprot links that a car is by no means essential.
Leisure facilities could not be faulted and the complex staff ,available 24hrs, were really friendly and helpful.
We had a great time ,loved the thames clipper and DLR & found transport costs very good value ,but if going again would look into buying an oyster card as this could posibly haved saved money.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We always welcome feedback and the freezer will be defrosted asap, but is not generally used much by holiday makers. Surely the amazing location and other ammenedites outway this minor blip. Also getting an oyster card for public transport once in London is recommended in our notes that are sent out to guests six weeks before arrival.

Cyclops Wharf - A change of heart

I have never been a fan of London and hate the underground in particular so staying here was fantastic for me. The Clipper was a brilliant way to get to the city centre and the whole family enjoyed tripping about on it. Sitting out on the terrace watching the riverboats was wonderful... especially as the weather was fantastic and the sunsets gorgeous.
The apartment itself was great and the main bed so, so comfy! All the family enjoyed the holiday and we would certainly want to stay here again next time we go to London.

Great family holiday

Our family of 5 ( 3 children aged 5 to 12) has much enjoyed our stay , the appartment is quiet, comfortable and well-equipped, with easy access to central London (many buses to Canary Wharf tube station, the Thames Clippers are also fast and nice). The kids have loved the swimming pool too.
We would be ready to go back or to recommend this flat to our friends
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Again this great apartment holds its own with families wishing to visit the tourist sites of London plus being able to enjoy relaxing in the pool at the end of a busy day.

We stayed for a few days in April. What a wonderful time to experience London.
The apartment was great and the view of the Thames was good. It is a good size and very well equipped. It was just what was described.
We used the DLR every day and the short walk was very nice and what a great way to get around.
I would certainly recommend this apartment to my friends.

Had a great weekend with girlfriends in this fabulous appartment.Very comfortable with all you need for a break in London. Could relax and use the pool or get out and see the sights. Close to great shopping, restaurants and went on the Thames boat to see historic Greenwich and its market and museums. Weekend not long enough to see and do all on offer. Will definately return.
