This tranquil riverside apartment is in one of the most peaceful locations in London, yet within minutes you can be in the hub of the city, Canary Wharf, the West-end; historic Greenwich or Excel. Directly overlooking the river Thames from the living room and the large sunny terrace, it is in a secure gated complex with 24 hour concierge and has the benefit of a swimming pool, leisure and fitness room. The apartment has two large double bedrooms, one en-suite and one family bathroom. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, very large living / dining room and a balcony overlooking the private terrace by the Thames. There is a television with DVD player and radio. During your stay you may wish to walk into Greenwich via the famous Victorian foot tunnel or take the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) to the amazing Canary Wharf then on to the West End in less than 20 minutes by underground. If you prefer to travel by boat then the river ferry docks just five minutes walk at Masthouse terrace.

London; one of the world’s most important business and cultural centres, with worldwide influence in many spheres. Many pubs and restaurants are within easy reach as well as the markets which sell antiques, second-hand clothes and lots more. There is a river bus which travels along the Thames from Masthouse Pier to the Tower of London and Westminster Places or O2 dome. Other historical sites include, the Jack the Ripper exhibition at Canary Wharf. The London Marathon starts in Greenwich. The Tour de France came through Greenwich in 2007 and the equestrian events are scheduled to be hosted here for 2012 Olympics . The summer Jazz festival in Greenwich is also great fun. I recommend Oliver's Jazz bar in Nevada Street and The Elephant Royale restaurant & cocktail bar . Designer boutique shopping and many other restaurants are available in nearby Canary Wharf which is a pleasant walk away. Excel Exhibition Centre is less than 10 minutes away by car or train.
