Located on calle San Sebastian, 2 minutes walk from the popular San Sebastian beach, this recently refurbished studio apartment is ten minutes walk from the station, with shopping, bars, restaurants and the local tourist office all close at hand. The apartment features air conditioning, central heating, a fully equipped american-style kitchen and a 25m2 terrace.

Arguably Catalonia's most famous resort, Sitges is located around 30 kilometres south of Barcelona and is easily reached by train or bus from Barcelona airport. Due to its proximity to Barcelona it is a popular retreat all year round (see below for events listing) and enjoys a character most Spanish seaside towns lack. Sitges is charming, with its long promenade, modernist architecture and many beaches overlooked by its emblematic 17th century church. There are clubs, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and and a wide range of sporting activities to enjoy. Sitges is a 30 minute train journey from the centre of Barcelona (4 trains every hour) and the ideal base from which to explore its larger neighbour. Other attractions close by include the Port Aventura theme park and water park (1 hour by train), Aqua Leon safari park and water park (45 minutes by car), the Roman remains at Tarragona and not forgetting the nearby railway museum at Vilanova.

We were warmly greeted at the Studio by the owners who clearly took great pride in what they had to offer the holiday letting market.

The Studio made our return visit of the season perfect !!!

We were delighted as we had been unable to secure the Apartment we normally rent and any doubts as to the living space of a Studio set against that of a full Apartment perhaps being lacking were totally unfounded. Indeed, we left the sofa bed down throughout our stay given we had the benefit of the beautiful Terrace too.

The property was spotless with a well laid out kitchen with full stove (there was also the benefit of a (concealed) washing machine on the Terrace ) and with a bathroom typical of a Studio of this size, but well laid out nonetheless.

Would we recommend this Studio ? - absolutely !!! Indeed, we have already been back in touch with with the owners with tentative dates for our return visits next season
