This brand new apartment with two separate balconies is in an exclusive low-rise development with elevator. It is furnished to a high standard. Both bedrooms open onto an adjoining balcony which catches the morning sun and overlooks the swimming pool. It is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated with original art pieces and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. The entrance hall with extensive enclosed storage leads to a spacious living/dining area which opens onto a large terrace through sliding glass doors. The contemporary design theme is reflected in the extendible designer table and furnishings. There is a separate fully-integrated Italian design kitchen also leading onto the terrace.The apartment has a calm ambience, making it a tranquil retreat in the midst of it all, yet close to the teeming bustle of the Croisette with its exclusive boutiques and with all local amenities easily accessible.

Excellent property, close to shops, beach. Bus stop into Cannes centre for one euro. Plus pool very nice pool and extremely clean.
Very well maintained fully equipped and very clean.
Contact agent in Cannes really helpful also.

Family friendly with pool.

Fabulous apartment. Perfect for a family break with our 18 month old son. A short walk to the bus stop for Cannes and a choice of two train stations for further afield. The choice of bars and restaurants nearby is excellent and we soon became regulars at Cafe Loka for lunch. There is also a well stocked supermarket a short walk and a fresh food market in the mornings. A lovely sandy beach is a short walk away and the sea is lovely and calm. Perfect for first swimming lessions. The apartment is well stocked with all the mod cons and the washer/dryer was a god-send. Pool at the back was very safe with security gate to prevent children wandering off. All in all the perfect location for a family break. The local agent Karine was very helpful. Would still be there but work got in the way. Definetely stay here again and have recommended it already to our family.

Great holiday location

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is beautiful, in a calm environment. Pool was great, beach was fantastic (and free) and location was perfect. There was a choice of shops and restaurants on our doorstep and no hills to navigate. It is very suitable for families and a car is not necessary. The train was nearby and we made day trips to Nice, Monaco and along the coast to Italy. We would visit again.
