'Olivenberg' house is in old Evigno suburb, by a tiny, really tranquil square where only a few locals park their cars (and you as a tenant). This spacious, airy apartment (approx. 60 sqm, each room with a large window) is on the upper floor of a detached house occupied only by the current tenant. The apartment has a very spacious living room with open kitchen and a family-friendly dining area for six persons. From here you have access to the sun balcony, which extends over the whole width of the apartment. In addition there are two large separate bedrooms with lots of cupboard space and double bed or two single beds. The bathroom contains a shower, bidet, WC, washbasin and washing machine.

Nearest Ferry: Savona at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Diano Marina at 10 Kilometres

Nearest Beach: beach at 10 Kilometres

Evigno is among olive groves at the top end of Dianes valley, exactly 400 m above the sea. There are idyllic donkey paths and walker’s paths. In the town there is a typical Ligurian trattoria, a very well maintained summer swimming pool with bar (July/August) and a hard tennis court. You can buty olive oil etc. direct from the producer. In the neighbouring town of Arentino (4 km) there’s a little grocery shop. It’s about 15 minutes by car to Diano Marina sandy beach (10 km). There’s a bus to take you there six times a day in summer and five times a day in winter.
