Fantastic fully equipped penthouse, located on a private development close to old Benalmadena village west of Fuengirola. Whether it is access to wonderful golf courses, or close vicinity to the beach this is the place to choose. The apartment is brand new (April 2003) and has a very large terrace overlooking a beautiful bay, secure underground parking with communal swimming pools (2) set within landscaped gardens. There is a security system. The property is situated between the charming old town of Benalmadena and the lovely Puerto de Benalmadena (La Marina) , both only about 5km /3 miles away, 10 minutes away by car from the lively resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos are within easy reach by car, bus or taxi. Children friendly. Gardener and property manager will meet and greet you.

For the more adventurous, you can also take a day trip to Morocco on the fast Ferry from Algercias, or from La Marina. Also in the area are several beautiful villages, towns and cites. These include Casares, Ronda, Mijas, Selville and Granada to name but a few. The nearest Mercadona (supermarket) is in Fuengirola, which is approx 1km away. Here you will find just about everything you need at very reasonable prices. There are lovely beach restaurants 500m away , with excellent menus and at very reasonably priced. .A 5 min drive in either direction will take you to Fuengirola or Benalmadena Marina where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs etc. We recommend that you hire a car when visiting the Costa del Sol. A taxi can be ordered at any time. The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf, with good reason. There are at least 40 courses along the coastline. Close to the apartment are Estepona and Duquesa, both within a 20 min drive and reasonably price
