Very charming apartment close to beach and excellent transport links. The apartment, which was completely refurbished in 2008, is located in a traditional Nice building. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with a spacious shower, and a large, open planned kitchen and lounge with four sets of French windows overlooking the Notre Dame cathedral. There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for six people, as well as a TV, DVD-player, i pod station, wireless internet and a washing machine. The apartment is exceptionally airy and bright and with a great views. We have taken care to furbish it stylishly throughout. Nearest Airport: Nice at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minute to the train station. Excellent coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants surround Avenue Jean de Medecin which is Nice's main shopping street, leading down to Place Massena. There are frequent and inexpensive buses from the airport that stop only a few minutes walk from the apartment, taking around 15 minutes. The train station is a 4 minute walk away where you can get trains to Cannes, Monaco or further away to the Alps or to Italy. Our local agent will meet you on arrival and be at hand should you need any help whilst in Nice. This apartment is our holiday home that we will occasionally rent out and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Dream location near the train! Stylish flat!

Stayed 5 nights this past August on a trip to see the south of France before heading to Corsica. We used Nice as a "home base" and this was the perfect apartment to call "home". Not only did it feel freshly renovated, clean and stylish, the location and proximity to the train station and late-night Monoprix for groceries helped us handle a busy schedule of sight seeing along the coast on a budget. We found the apartment to be quiet, even when the windows were open. And we loved all of the amenities, including TV, DVD and internet. We couldn't have asked for more!

Fantastic place

This was my 3rd time in Nice and the best place I spent my short break in South France ever. The apartment is very stylish, beautiful and comfortable and has got a great view to the old church. It is perfectly located in the city center close to the sea, the old town (15 min walking) and to numerous shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back.

Very nicely presented apartment that makes for a really comfortable and relaxing city break or longer stay. The place is really light and airy and in a great location for transport links, the old town and the beach. Highly recommended.
