This modern air conditioned first floor apartment is located in the exclusive gated Le Lido in Cagnes Sur Mer between Nice & Antibes in the sunny Riviera. The apartment has use of a large pool perfect for serious swimmers & sun bathers & private access to the beach at Cros de Cagnes. The American style Kitchen is a delight to cook in with all the appliances needed for a superb evening meal on the large south facing balcony overlooking the pool & landscaped gardens of Le Lido. The Gas BBQ enables a complete alfresco dining experience. The Living Area has two comfortable leather sofas & a wide screen HD TV with Bluray & DVD players to keep you entertained away from the Sun in a cool air-conditioned environment. After a day sight seeing or relaxing in the Sun the Master Bedroom is tastefully furnished to provide a calm & relaxed atmosphere. The Bathroom provides both a full size bath perfect for relaxing in & an invigorating shower finished with towels warmed on the electric towel rail

Cros de Cagnes & the Marina at St. Laurent du Var have numerous restaurants catering for all tastes from Michelin Stared Restaurants to fast food. Grilled fish often caught locally is a speciality. There are excellent transport links to Nice, Antibes & Cannes which are all just a few miles away. Nice is one of the cultural centres of France with the most Museums of any city in France outside of Paris.   • You will be met on arrival at the apartment by our Changeover Manager or one of her team. Our representatives main responsibility is to provide an excellent service to you throughout the duration of your stay. They will deal with any unexpected issues promptly and will strive to ensure your holiday in the apartment is your best holiday yet! Our Changeover Manager although English has lived in the area for over 20 years and is a useful source of information on the locality.
  • A security deposit of 300 Euros is payable in cash on arrival at the apartment which will be refunded in full immediateley on your departure provided the apartment is left with no breakages or damage. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to make a reservation which may be paid by UK Cheque or by Bank Transfer (Euros Only) with the balance payable at least 8 weeks before the start date of your reservation. If your booking is less than 8 weeks away the full rental rate is required at the time of booking by bank transfer in Euros only.
  • Linen Hire (including sheets, towels and beach towels) costs 10 Euros per person.
    A Maid Service can be arranged during your stay priced according to your needs.
    Airport / Station transfers can be organised at a competitive rate.
    A discount is normally offered off 2nd and subsequent weeks of a holiday.
    Final cleaning Charge is inclusive.
    A welcome pack will be left for you (A bottle of local wine, milk bread etc.)

  • The main bathroom has plenty of space for towels etc including a heated towel rail. The full size bath is perfect for relaing in and there is an invigorating shower above. The basin is set in a marble type stone with a large to the ceiling mirror. A hair dryer & hair straightners are provided along with Shower Gel and Liquid Soap. The separate WC has a toilet and wash basin with a mirror above the basin.

  • The Master Bedroom contains a large double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table and draws in a wenge finish. There is also an Ipod Dock and Internet Radio. It has been designed to provide a calm and relaxing environment which is air-conditioned during the Summer. The living room can provide a further two double beds along with a large wardrobe, although the apartment is probably more suited to sleep 4 in comfort. A travel cot can be provided on request.

Ski: The high altitudes and favourable weather conditions can make skiing possible right through to April. The areas first Ski Club 'Ski Club des Alpes Maritime' was formed in 1909. The largest resorts in the region are Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg/Beuil but there are many small resorts that offer competitively priced lift passes and are in easy reach for a day or weekend ski.

Golf: With two century-old ancestors, the courses of Cannes-Mandelieu (1891) and Valescure (1895), this area has a golfing tradition that is hard to find anywhere else in France. Today the 27 courses (19 are open all year round) and 12 training centres make this area the perfect destination for a golfing Vacation. There is an excellent choice of courses an easy drive away. From beginners' lessons to a round on an internationally recognised golf course, you'll be able to enjoy your favourite sport in the very best conditions. The nearest course at Biot is just a 10 minute drive away. It is a relatively easy course but the back 9 holes are more challenging. Lessons are available in English as well as Golf Club Hire etc. The Club House is particularly nice with a great Restaurant. Other Activities: There is a Sailing/Diving School 'Société Nautique' down at the Port. Evening Horse Racing at L' Hippodrome in Jul/Aug & during the day at other times

We have come back from a weeks stay at this apartment. Tha apartment was exactly as described providing a home from home! The booking was easy and we were provided with clear directions to the apartment as well as a useful introduction to the area by Frances on arrival and the details provided in the on-line manual. We eat out a couple of times and the Restaurants were great but eating in saved some money and was easy thanks to the good Kitchen. We will be returning again - hopefully soon. Thank you.

Exceeds expectations.

This apartment had everything we needed and more for a marvelous stay on the French Riviera. The fact we had Frances at the end of a phone instead of a pretentious holiday rep made it all the better. She made sure we got from the airport to the apartment and vice versa and filled us in on the local area as well as further afield. The security of the complex and pool is an added bonus ensuring it is peaceful and relaxing for all users. The apartment has too many features to mention but is so modern with high quality fixtures and fittings and a balcony with all mod cons and home comforts as well as being spotlessly clean. In this area you are spoiled for choices of transport with buses running frequently and a train station a 10 min walk from the apartment stopping at all major coastal towns. The highlight for us was in Monte Carlo when we were treated to a display from the Red Arrows at the Monaco yacht show, a total surprise yet spectacular.
This was definitely a holiday to remember, made all the better by staying at the Lido San Marco and we surely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Had a great 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. Accommodation was really nice, very modern with everything you could need and all in excellent, very clean condition.

The only slight negative was that the air conditioning was not working very efficiently when we were there and we had a few very sticky nights but Adrian (owner) and Frances (rep) did do their best to sort it out for us - being peak season the engineer couldn't get their in time to be of benefit to us but that's life!

However, the resort is great, ideal base for touring the whole area and we visited many of the surrounding towns by train and bus including Cannes and Monaco both of which are well worth a visit. Juan Le Pins is also really vibrant and the kids loved it as street entertainers and craft stalls along the beach.

Cagnes Sur Mer itself is really nice with lovely restaurants and is much quieter than a lot of the other resorts around this area which we really liked as Cannes was so busy when we visited!

Frances (the rep for the apartment) was lovely and very helpful with her local knowledge. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment (especially once the a/c is up and running properly!)

A relaxing holiday in a wonderful apartment

The description didn't oversell the apartment. It was a stylish, comfortable apartment with all modern conveniences, that compared very favourably with a boutique hotel.
The decor was tasteful and modern and the balcony really added to the holiday experience with the barbecue, the dining al fresco, and the relaxing sun beds.
We really hope to be able to stay again next year, so we can explore the area further.

Le meilleur appartement dans Le Lido! L'appartement avait TV, HIFI et Internet avec Wifi. Il est à seulement 2 minutes de la plage et de nombreux fantastique restaurants et boutiques. Très bien.
