This spacious new apartment is situated in the heart of Vilamoura in a very quiet residential area. It is a highly secure residence with alarm, gates, electronic shutters and CCTV intercom. Located close to many golf courses (incl. Laguna, Pinhal, Millennium and the famous Victoria Course all a 3 minute drive away), it is also situated close to the delightful marina (30 minute walk, 5 minute drive), which in turn is located beside a sandy beach and has a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The marina also has bars that cater for football and golf on the big screen and lots of lively music. The apartment is 20 minutes from Faro airport. Facilities include a Jacuzzi bath, built in barbecue, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, sound system in all rooms, air conditioning, and fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. The sun terrace (with dining furniture) overlooks the pool and gardens. Underground parking for 2 cars. Maid service once a week. Change over day negotiable.

The apartment is a 5 minute drive from the marina and 2 lovely beaches. A promenade leads to the beach of Vale de Lobo. Bars and restaurants aplenty along this stretch. There are six premier golf courses nearby. The apartment is centrally located and is a 3 minute drive from 4 of them. Car hire is recommended. Otherwise, taxis can be used and usually arrive within 5 minutes. Trips to the Marina and beaches are approx 4 euro. Sightseers, please note that all parts of the Algarve are within 2 hours drive of Vilamoura. The towns of Quarteira, Almancil and Loule (all more traditional Portuguese villages with restaurants, shops, bars and banks) are a 10-15 minute drive. Algarve Shopping Centre is a 20 minute drive while the 'Swim and Slide' park is a 10 minutes away. The marina is surrounded by large hotels and holiday homes and has a large casino and numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. Boats can be hired for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending.

Pool and Terrace

The pool area (adults and childrens pools) and garden is a great place for children that require their own 'chill out' area and gives adults the opportunity to have their own space viewing the kids from the private sun terrace while indulging in pre-dinner drinks or simply sunbathing. The terrace has a built in barbecue, a large sun umbrella with a garden table and chairs. Sun loungers for four are also provided (stored on kitchen balcony).

Other Activities Shooting, jet-skiing, ancient Roman site and Museum

Golf Information:

There are six premier golf courses in the Vilamoura area. The apartment is centrally located and is a 3 minute drive from Pinhal, Laguna, The Millennium and Victoria golf courses. Victoria has already hosted the World Championships and Portuguese Open. The Old Course and Vila Sol golf courses are a 10 minute drive. The Portuguese Open was played at Vila Sol for two years running.
