A family owned 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people situated in Saint Gervais les Bains, the pretty centre is a few minutes walk.The ski bus stops at the entrance to the apartment buildings The apartment is new and equipped to a very high standard.67.60msq allows for plenty of space for every one. 3 large bedrooms all with plenty of storage space .The kitchen has everything you could need including Eye level cooker,Halogen hob,Microwave and Dishwasher for your convenience.A Washer/dryer machine is in the bathroom. A high pressure shower is over the large bath with a fixed shower screen. All offering everything a family needs for a luxury self catering holiday Summer holiday makers here can enjoy Swimming,Walking,Mountain Biking( TVT routes),Rafting as well as Ice skating all year! All imaginable Winter sports are on your door step.Other popular Ski resorts of Megeve,Les Contamines , Les Houches are skiable on the same Evasion ski pass as St Gervais

The apartment is located in the pretty village of Saint Gervais,an easy 5 minutes from the Ski Gondola.It has fantastic road and rail links,50 minutes from Geneva Airport and only 10 minutes from the Train station at Le Fayet(direct to Geneva and then to Paris) Easy acess ,whatever the weather , as we are only 10 minutes from the main Dual Carriage way through to Chamonix and the Mont Blanc Tunnel.Private parking with an under floor heated roadway ,allows access all year. Chamonix is only 20 minutes away, Megeve only 10 minutes by car.Saint Gervais has many local shops and 2 well stocked supermarkets.More choice is available at Sallanches,down the valley.Swimming is at the local open air pool or in the nearby lake.A family discount voucher is exceptional value allowing access to pool,ice rink,ski bus and some of the summer lifts(bought locally) The Thermal Spas and climbing crags are just a walk through the gorge and attractive woods away.

Skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing: The Mont Blanc railway is very close to the apartment and can be used to Ski the Les Houches ski area. The Ski bus also stops at the end of the road.The ski Gondola to Saint Gervais Area is a car ride of 5minutes away. Parking is free,late morning passes are available at a cheaper rate for the late riser, otherwise ski passes are available for the Mont Blanc area or just Saint Gervais. The evasion pass allows you to ski St Gervais, Megeve, St Nicholas, Les Contamines and Les Houches via the tramway

This flat is in a great location near to the town centre. It is comfortable and well furnished to make any stay here a happy one. We have already stayed once and are returning again for a further week - moreover out of season!

Spent a delightful few days in this apartment in St Gervais. Well situated to explore all that the area has to offer in summer. The description is accurate, the apartment was clean and very well presented (basically still new) and has all the facilities you need to make the stay enjoyable. Relatively easy access - 1 flight of stairs. Good view and usable balcony to enjoy it from. Highly recommended - even my kids (very tough critics) thought it was great.
