This townhouse is located in a new development of properties sharing landscaped communal gardens and 3 fenced in swimming pools. Very family orientated, easy to watch children from the terraces and with private entrance and exit to the development, no through traffic. The property has underground garage leading to ground floor. There is a large lounge with open fireplace and doors leading out to private terrace. Raised dining area, internal courtyard, double bedroom with shower-room and a large well equipped kitchen and outside utility area. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with private terrace, dressing area and en suite bathroom, two more double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Excellent leisure facilities for all of the family: some of them include : surfing, sailing, fishing, wind-surfing, mountain biking, walking, cycling, horse riding, water skiing, diving, golf, tennis, swimming. To the west of Sotogrande lies Algeciras (20 mins) and 25 mins further is the windsurfing and kite surfing Mecca of Tarifa. From Algeciras, there is a ferry across to Morocco (Tangier) or to Cueta. Gibraltar with its duty free shopping, “the rock” and fantastic views is just 20 mins drive from the apartment. The cultural centre of Seville is a 1.5 hr drive. There are daily flights coming into Gibraltar from the UK and Madrid and Malaga has several flight from all regional airports in the UK and mainland Europe. Jerez also has flights coming in from the UK

| Notes: | This town house is deceptively large inside. The rooms are all of a very good size and the rooms all flow very easily into each other. The access from the lounge to the outside terrace and the communal gardens and swimming pools make this a very good family location. The property has everything in it to make a relaxing holiday for the whole family. There is one bedroom on the ground floor so eliminating everyone having to climb stairs and the path from the road to the front door is very gradual. There is a large garage underneath the property with two store-rooms so plenty of room for storage and an excellent separate back entrance to the utility room where wet toys or bikes can be stored safely and out of the way. There is a terrace off the lounge, another large sun terrace off the master bedroom, a smaller terrace from one of the other bedrooms and two further sun terraces off the top room, so everyone can find a private place to read and sun-bathe. |

This part of Spain is renowned for its golf courses and the abundance of them. Every year another challenging and interesting course opens making this a golfer's paradise. Sotogrande sits in the middle of so many of the great golf courses. Valderrama, San Roque, Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, La Canada, Alcaidesa, La Reserva, Almenara, Finca Cortesin, Dona Julia, Arcos de la Frontera, Novo Sancti Petri, Benalup, Arcos Gardens, Montecastillo - to name just a few and then only thirty minutes down the course another great selection
