  • Deposit is required to secure the booking. No booking forms or any other 'paperwork' as such to be completed. Sleep max. 4 people. The price given is INCLUSIVE!!! NO EXTRA FEES like cleaning charges or security deposit. 895.00 euros per week inclusive = 128.00 euros per day, which between 4 people works out at 32.00 euros per person per day for a lovely apartment.
  • Cancellation fees: if you are cancelling your holidays within 10 weeks or less prior scheduled arrival the refund will be given less 30% of a deposit paid. 6 weeks or less prior arrival cancellation notice given less 50% of a deposit paid. Less then 4 weeks notice of cancellation: a refund will be given less 75% of a deposit paid.
  • Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out time is 11am. Arrivals after 8pm to be discussed before you make the booking.

A wonderful stay in Venice

We just came back from Venice last Fiday. 4 of us, including my mum and our 14 month old daughter stayed in Casa "Tre Palme" for 3 nights, it was such a wonderful stay, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! The appartment is just like all the others said, in a very quiet, yet convinient location for shops, food, restaurant and transport! It was cosy, comfy and relaxing after the sightseeing. The owner - Maya was very helpful. easy going and friendly, she took us on a walk, showed us the shops, food stores and surroundings, the little restaurant, literally a second away from the apartment, does the best parma ham we ever tasted! we will and have recommend it to many of our friends. This was the first time we tried self catering, and it was a very pleasant experice, so we dont think we will stay in hotels anymore. :-)

Review of Casa Tre Palme, 2 bedroom apartment

My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters stayed in this apartment for only 3 nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is compact, with a very small second bedroom, but it has ingenious storage built in everywhere, which means that everything one could possibly need is right there on hand. The sitting room has dining table by the alcove which separates it from the kitchen and is attractive and looks out onto the garden. Everything is highly practical and well maintained, The other advantage of this apartment is its location. It is in Canareggio, a short walk from the railway station, Piazzale Roma, and the vaporetto stop on the grand canal, and yet it is situated in a quiet alley off a busy and interesting main tourist route to the Rialto and the heart of Venice, with the ghetto also close by on the other side. Wonderful food shops, supermarkets and a fresh market are very close at hand. We felt it was really good value for money.

The Casa Tre Palme is easy to find, and being so near to the Railway Station, and not far from the Piazzale Roma means that you do not have to carry or roll your cases very far. The apartment is furnished and maintained to a very high standard, and there is enough cutlery and crockery in the kitchen for many more than four people. The area around the house is very quiet, with a private garden on one side and a public park very near. We were a bit worried by the description 'cot beds', but they are full-size beds with full thickness mattresses. It was lovely to sit out in the garden in the evening with a cold glass of prosecco - but you need mosquito repellent in the summer months. I would certainly recommend this apartment to a friend. The value for money was very high. We did not see the owner after the first day, when she explained how the washing-machine worked (the door was very stiff - we thought it would break, so didn't dare to pull it as hard as was necessary), and how to open the hidden cupboards.

Holiday in venice

We recieved a warm welcome from Maya on arriving in Venice. She was kind enough to show us some of the shops, bars and streets she would recommend. It made our stay in Venice even more enjoyable. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but very close to the main route down to the Rialto bridge. It is also close to the vaporetti stations. The apartment is very well equipped and to a high standard, as Maya has a very well equipped kitchen we enjoyed buying the fresh food from the markets and cooking in the kitchen. As our stay was in August it was very hot but as the apartment has air conditioning we were very comfortable, even our bed was comfortable and a good size.
