Luxury 3 Bed 3 Bath Detached Villa Complete with roof terrace. This fully furnished villa is situated in a pleasant residential area of Kato Paphos (Universal area). The Villa is within walking distance of both the old harbour and the shopping and entertainment area. Finished to a high standard, the villa benefits from a private landscaped garden with patio area, south-facing roof terrace, has a table with seating for 6. The three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, bedroom 1 is a double with en suites and balcony, bedroom 2 & 3 are twins (one with balcony). There is a family bathroom plus a downstairs bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms along with downstairs living area are air-conditioned plus celling fans for added comfort. Lounge comprises two sofas. TV, DVD and a large selection of DVD's and CD's for your use. Dining area has a table with seating for 6. Fitted kitchen has a hob, cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer & washing m/c. Patio doors lead to the communal pool.

The Villa is in a quiet area of Kato Paphos, within walking distance of the seafront, the beach, the Old Town and harbour. Nightlife is excellent, with many bars, nightclubs and restaurants catering for all ages, tastes and pockets. Paphos is a World Heritage Site and there are numerous interesting historic sites in and around Paphos such as the Venetian Fortress in the harbour, the Tombs of the Kings and the ancient mosaics at the House of Dionysus. A short drive away is Aphrodite's Rock, set on a beautiful coastline with clear turquoise sea. The largest waterpark in Cyprus is a few minutes drive or bus ride away and beautiful sandy beaches such as Coral Bay and Pissouri, offering a variety of watersports, are only 20-30 mins drive away. The Akamas Peninsular 30 mins drive north is a protected wilderness area ideal for nature lovers or just for getting off the beaten track, while 1.5 hours away are the impressive Troodos mountains, definitely worth visiting, summer or winter.   • The first bathroom is on the ground floor, this has a toilet basin and shower, convenient for when you return from the pool. The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and a large bath with shower this room has fan and shaving point. The third bathroom is the en-suite for the double bedroom this has a toilet basin and shower. all towels are provided ( not beach towels).

perfect for what we needed!

This villa was lovely, and perfect for us.There was 6 of us,3 couples,and we couldn't have asked for a better place, especially for the money we paid!
We were only a 15/20 minute walk away from the bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk from the rest of the wedding party!
the villa was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice that the pool was quite quiet aswell so you didn't have to worry about saving sunbeds etc, like you would at a hotel!!
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is trying to organise a holiday for a group.
bit of advice though, if you're planning on getting a bit of food shopping, don't go to the little shop nearest the villa on the main road. you're best off hiring a car and driving to a supermarket as it will be much cheaper. the little shop is only good for a couple of basic items.
Oh and the ice cream van that comes round the pool does the best ice cream!!!! (rambo special for 3euros!)

Really good place to stay

Property is perfect for those that need a bit of space - 3 good size double bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy and the instructions provided were clear and easy to understand. Best part for us was the large roof terrace with gas BBQ which we used every night. More a holiday home than a rental property - we loved this place!

Great family holdiay!

8 of us (3 families) stayed in the villa for 2 weeks. We found it immaculately clean and tidy. Plenty of space for each family. Tv, dvd and playstation for nights in. Great roof terrace & bbq. The pool was very clean. The pool area was very well maintained with plenty of sunbeds. The ice cream van came round each afternoon. The villa is a 20 minute walk away from the shops, bars & restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets a 5 minute walk from the villa, though these are a bit pricey, so we shopped at the supermarkets in the town centre, cheaper prices there. The villa is well equipped and we were never short of anything. Stevies taxis are situated a short walk from the villa. We found them to be very reliable and used them for our airport transfers. We had a lovely holiday and couldn't have wished for nicer accommodation. All members of party were very impressed.

We hired the villa out for a week due to attending a friends wedding in a nearby hotel! We found it very clean, spacious and relaxing. Not to far away from supermarkets and the harbour.Neighbours were friendly too!
The description we was given was accurate and detailed.
There was lots of information on display on arrival about the villa its self and also the surrounding area which we found very helpful. The local supermarket is a 2 min walk away but there is also other shops and restaurants around that were not too far either!
The taxi firm 'Stevies' came recommended and were very reliable so we used them all week!
We had a great time in Cyprus and would certainly reccomend this villa to friends!

Description of Villa is spot on, highly recommend the villa to anyone that is catering for 4 or more guests. We had 6 in the villa for a week and the villa was more then adequate for our needs. Excellant roof terrace with a very good BBQ, excellant clean pool, TV and DVD player and Playstation to make a cheaper night. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to go to Paphos!!
