The Lanterns Villa is only a 10 minute stroll to both Surin and Bangtao Beaches. Surin Beach, with it's superb collection of shops, restaurants and luxury hotels is the most sophisticated beach on Phuket. Bangtao Beach is relaxed and easy-going with more of a local feel. Both have all the necessary tourist amenities and facilities such as ATM, Car Hire, Taxis, Laundry, Shopping, Restaurants, etc. The Villa is conveniently located for all of Phuket's première golf courses. They are all less than 30 mins drive but Laguna is the nearest, only 5 mins from the door. Surin Village itself has excellent shopping outlets, local markets, wine retailers and spas.There is world class shopping in Patong and Phuket Town, 20-30 mins away. Some of Thailand's most famous National Parks are close by for kayaking, rafting, elephant trekking and long-tail boat trips. Finally, for scuba diving enthusiasts, some of the finest dive sites in the World await you, for day trips or longer, in the Andaman Sea.

Whether you walk or take a golf cart (it is up to you), there are regular drink and snack 'rest stops' along the way. The Lanterns Villa can arrange Golf packages with discounted green fees for all courses & days you would like to play. Transport to and from the course is provided. Please inform us if you are interested in the Golf packages when making your reservation.
