A really lovely place in an absolutely perfect location. The apartment is bright, stylish and fully renovated with a sunny balcony which is the crowning glory. Sit out in the morning sun, enjoying fresh croissants from the local boulangerie! From the balcony you can take in views of the Old Town down to the Place Rossetti, and up to the peaceful and green Chateau Hill. The fabulous location means that you are in one of the quieter parts of the Old Town, just below the Chateau Hill, and surrounded by small galleries and the charms of Nice Old Town. Yet the Place Rossetti with its cafes and restaurants is just a stone's throw away, and within 5 minutes you can reach the famous Cours Saleya with its wonderful market, and moments later the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The studio apartment makes an ideal year-round base for exploring the delights of Nice and the French Riviera, or venturing further afield, taking advantage of the excellent transport links that Nice provides.

Discover the delights of Nice - many holidays in one! The Studio is situated within the colourful Old Town, a heady mix of sights and smells. In less than five minutes you can be strolling along the Cours Saleya, with its vibrant flower market and cafe culture. The beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are then just steps away. Take a walk up the Chateau Hill to relax and cool off by the waterfall and get a spectacular view of the bay. Collect your picnic ingredients from the market in the morning! It’s the same distance again on foot to the lively Port area, with its fishing boats and luxury yachts. If it’s culture you’re after, visit the numerous galleries, museums and churches. Outside of Nice, it's easy to take a bus or train along the coast to Cannes, Monte Carlo and Monaco, with the delights of Eze and Villefranche-sur-mer a couple of must see highlights. Venture inland to see picturesque mountain villages and even go skiing in nearby Isola in the Spring!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rent includes all utilities, bed linen and towels. Changeover days are flexible. Payment in Euros is also welcome.
  • Booking is straightforward, and you can pay by bank transfer or cheque. 20% of the total booking fee is required to secure the booking, with balance payable six weeks before your stay. A security deposit is payable with the final balance, which will be returned to you within 10 working days of departure (providing there are no damages).
  • On arrival you will be greeted by our apartment manager who will be able to answer any questions about the apartment and the local attractions and facilities. The apartment manager will be contactable throughout your stay to make your holiday as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nice.We got around quite a bit and were really impressed by the transport system only 1 euro anywhere; even to Menton which we can recommend.
The flat met all our expectations; well located; modern;well equiped and with those truly wonderful views.Excellent.
As healthy seniors we found the stairs a doddle ! Mimi and Rudolfo from 'LA BOHEME' would have flourished here !!!
lots of useful information was handy and the owners were helpful and friendly.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Sightseeing

Lovely apartment, has everything you need, enough room to leave sofa bed down, has great shower and nice bathroom also nice balcony-good views. Great location, near beach and markets also not far from bus station which made it easy to get to and from the airport and to go to monaco for the day - only 1 euro. Would definately stay there again.

We had a really nice time in Nice. The
apartment is quite small, but the view out of the windows is a great
source of entertainment. The location is brilliant with easy
access to the old town and beyond. Mike was really helpful and came quickly to meet us with the key. The apartment had everything we needed and we cooked each day. There
were some books and magazines to browse which was good.The stairs are very steep and would not be suitable for anyone who finds stairs challenging. Nice is such a good town for a short break. We went to the new museum of modern art and there was a lovely exhibition of the sculptor/walker Richard Long which was a treat. We would recommend your apartment !

The apartment is wonderful! It's clean and stylish. Views from the balcony are splendid, on the left you can see the chateau hill (with a waterfall) and on the right Place Rossetti. The owners are friendly and the description on the site is accurate. There are a lot of museums, shops and restaurants (don't forget the harbour area) in Nice. It's easy to make a daytrip by bus or train to see the surroundings.
I would recommend the appartment to friends!

Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment. The location is brilliant (we felt like one of the locals living there!) and it's decorated and furnished beautifully. The tourist maps and books you left in the apartment were really helpful too.

We really enjoyed our stay, we loved the apartment, we really appreciated being accommodated last minute and we hope we'll get to stay there again!
