FRIENDLY, Languedoc village - shops, local festivals and cafe/bar, surrounded by Minervois vineyards. LAKE nearby, for safe swimming and water sports. ONLY 1/2 HOUR to Mediterranean, Black Mountain or medieval castles. WELL-EQUIPPED accommodation has been sympathetically refurbished. LOUNGE AREA - soft seating for 6+, open fire. DINING AREA - table and chairs for 4. KITCHEN (in traditional style) - washing machine, dishwasher, 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, swing-out corner units, ceramic work surfaces. SLEEPING - 2 full-size, single beds form lounge seating - left made-up and covered by day, at night, they are ready to use. SHOWER ROOM (6m2) - modern, ceramic basin, shower and WC, 2-pin socket. May 2008: I thought that I would like to say how much we enjoyed the stay at your cottage. The village is very quiet and one can relax and tune into the peaceful atmosphere of the Minervois countryside. The restaurant in the village was closed because the proprietors were on holiday but the village shop and the baker makes life there more convenient than would be the case without their presence. Nevertheless it is a fascinating place. There are many interesting places to visit. We went to Narbonne, Minerve, and walking some of the Canal du Midi, and we bought some wine from Chateau Guery. Thanks very much.

Other Activities: Local historic and cultural interests and only 5 minutes walk to grocery, bakery, cafe/bar, chemist, post office, hairdressers, bus stops.
