Quiet first foor Venetian Palace apartment in the Sestiere di Cannaregio

This first floor apartment is luxurious and full of light and is located in an ancient Venetian Palace situated in a quiet quarter of the Sestiere di Cannaregio, near the splendid Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo. There is a nice view over a typical Venetian canal. The apartment has high ceilings (4.90 m) and there is the traditional Venetian terrazzo floor throughout (except in the bathroom, which is tiled). The location is central and is rich with attractive corners and important civic and religious buildings. Nearest Waterbus Stop: F. Nuove (5 minutes on foot).

The living room has ceilings with painted trompe-l'oeil lacunars, a huge Murano chandelier, an original 19th century chest of drawers with looking glass and two single sofa beds. The double bedroom has a bed with Venetian-style lacquered bed-head, a 19th century Bergamo chest of drawers and a beautiful late 18th century armoire with looking glass. The kitchen has an oven, four gas burners and fridge (with ice compartment). Telephone with meter, washing machine, colour TV, Iron, Radio.
